Արտեմ Ասատրյանն ընդունել է Օքսֆամի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Մարկ Գոլդրինգին

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը սեպտեմբերի 20-ին ընդունել է «Օքսֆամ Մեծ Բրիտանիա» կազմակերպության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Մարկ Գոլդրինգի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարո ւթյան հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախարարը ողջունել է հյուրերին՝ նշելով, որ բարձր է գնահատում կազմակերպության գործունեությունը և կարևորել է վերջին շրջանում երկու կառույցների միջև ձևավորված գործընկերային հարաբերություններն, որոնք արդեն ունեն շոշափելի արդյունքներ:
Համագործակցության լավագույն դրսևորումներից մեկն էլ, նախարարի խոսքով, ՕքսեՋեն տեղական հիմնադրամի միացումն է սոցիալական համագործակցության ազգային համաձայնագրին, որին միացած է ավելի քան 40 տեղական և միջազգային կազմակերպություն:
«Այս կառույցի աշխատանքը լինելու է շարունակական, քանզի մենք կարևորում ենք ոչ պետական կառույցների ներգրավվածությունը սոցիալական գործընթացներում, քանի որ հենց համատեղ քննարկումների արդյունքում են ի հայտ գալիս սոցիալական ոլորտի խնդիրներն ու բացթողումները»,-իր խոսքում ընդգծել է նախարարը:
Այնուհետև, նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը ներկայացրել է սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները, վերլուծության և մոնիթորինգի համակարգը, ինտեգրված սոցիալական ծառայությունները՝ ընդգծելով սոցիալական աշխատողի ինստիտուտի ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը ու գնահատված կարիքի հիման վրա ընտանիքին՝ սոցիալական ծառայությունների մատուցումը:
Նախարարն անդրադարձել է նաև հաշմանդամների հիմնահարցերին և երեխաների պաշտպանության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին՝ կարևորելով հաստատությունների ապաինստիտուցիոնալացման գործընթացն ու երեխայի՝ ընտանիքում ապրելու իրավունքը:
Իր հերթին «Օքսֆամ Մեծ Բրիտանիա» կազմակերպության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Մարկ Գոլդրինգը համառոտ ներկայացրել է ՕքսեՋեն տեղական հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը, առաջնային նպատակները և նշել, որ 2018 թվականից այն շարունակելու է Օքսֆամի առաքելությունը Հայաստանում: Պարոն Գոլդրինգը հույս է հայտնել, որ առաջիկայում ՕքսեՋեն հիմնադրամի և ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության միջև ևս կհաստատվեն սերտ փոխհարաբերություններ:
