1. Գոյություն ունի առատության կանոն. որպեսզի նորը գա, անհրաժեշտ է հնից ազատվել: Հակառակ դեպքում Տիեզերքը (Աստված, եթե կուզեք) տեղ չի տեսնում ձեզ նորը «ուղարկելու» համար:

2. Չինաստանում ասացվածք կա. «Հինը չգնա, նորը չի գա»:

3. Ֆեն շուի համաձայն, հին իրերը (հնոտիները, աղբը) թույլ չեն տալիս, որ կենարար Ցի էներգիան ազատորեն հոսի, այդ պատճառով կյանքում ոչ մի փոփոխության կամ նոր իրերի մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող:

Մտքով կառչելով հին իրերին` «Իսկ եթե փող չունենամ նորը գնելու եւ այլեւս երբեք նման բան չունենա՞մ», մենք դատում ենք աղքատների մտածելակերպով եւ աղքատություն ենք ստանում: Եթե մենք հանգիստ դեն ենք նետում անպետք իրերը «Ուրիշը կառնեմ կամ Տիեզերքն ինձ ավելի լավը կտա», մենք դատում ենք հարուստի մտածելակերպով եւ հարստություն ենք ստանում:
