ՊԵԿ-ը խախտումներ է հայտնաբերել «Հավիցա» ՍՊԸ-ում

Օրերս պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն խախտումներ է արձանագրել «Հավիցա» ՍՊԸ-ի գործունեության մեջ: Մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ ընկերությունը` օգտագործելով ԵԱՏՄ-ից ներկրումների պարզեցված ընթացակարգերը ներմուծել է մեծ քանակությամբ հավկիթ և տեղականի անվան տակ փորձել է դրանք իրացնել շուկայականից անհամեմատ ցածր գներով` անարդար մրցակցային միջավայր ձևավորեով տեղական արտադրության ոլորտում: Ընկերությունը հարկային մարմիններին կեղծ տեղեկություններ է տրամադրել հավկիթի իրացման գնի վերաբերյալ, որը փաստացի վաճառել է հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերում՝ առանց հարկային հաշիվների դուրսգրման, ընդհանրապես առանց նշագրման կամ կեղծ նշագրմամբ: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Եվ այսպես, 2016թ.-ի օգոստոս-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում ընկերությունը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից Հայաստան է ներմուծել 1 902 000 հատ հավկիթ, ինչպես նաև 39 990 կգ հավի միս և 269 450 կգ ցորեն: Ներկրված ապրանքները պահեստավորվել են Արմավիրի մարզի Մյասնիկյան գյուղում գտնվող թռչնաբուծական ֆաբրիկայի տարածքում, մինչդեռ ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցները ընկերության պահեստում օգոստոսի 25-ին հավկիթի և ցորենի մնացորդ չեն հայտնաբերել: ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվական բազայում առկա տեղեկություններով պարզվել է, որ օգոստոսի 26-ից ընկերությունը դուրս է գրել հարկային հաշիվներ «Նոր Զովք» ՍՊԸ-ի անվամբ, համաձայն որոնց մեկ իրացված հավկիթի գինը կազմել է 27 դրամ` ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն: ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից իրականացված գործողությունների արդյունքում ներմուծված խմբաքանակի մնացած մասն ընկերությունն արդեն սկսել է իրացնել 46 դրամով` ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ «Նոր Զովք» ՍՊԸ-ի խանութների ցանց առաքված հավկիթները նշագրված են եղել «ԳԹՖ» նշագրումով` որպես «Գնդեվազի թռչնաֆաբրիկա» ՓԲԸ-ի արտադրանք:
Բացի այդ, հավկիթի որոշ մասը «Հավիցա» ՍՊԸ-ն իրացրել է հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերում՝ առանց հարկային հաշիվների դուրսգրման և առանց նշագրման:
Ներկրված 269 450 կգ ցորենից 43 600 կգ-ը (1 կգ-ը` 90 դրամ արժեքով) սեպտեմբերի 15-ին իբրև վաճառվել է «Գնդեվազի թռչնաֆաբրիկա» ՓԲԸ-ին, այնինչ, իրականացված օպերատիվ միջոցառման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ այդ կազմակերպությունն իրականում չի գործում, հետևաբար նշված քանակի ցորեն չի ստացել:
Ցորենի մնացած մասի` 225 850 կգ-ի ճակատագիրը ևս պարզվում է. «Հավիցա» ՍՊԸ-ի պահեստում այն բացակայում է, և դրա հայտնաբերման ուղղությամբ ներկայում իրականացվում են օպերատիվ միջոցառումներ:
Նշենք, որ «Հավիցա» ընկերության սեփականատերն է Արմեն Խաչատրյանը, որը միաժամանակ հանդիսանում է նաև նախկինում թռչնամսի և հավկիթի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող «Անդրե Րենթեր» և «Տեղական» ՍՊԸ-ների սեփականատերը: Հավելենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 16-ի դրությամբ դրանցից առաջինի հարկային պարտավորությունները կազմել են շուրջ 41.9 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ երկրորդինը` շուրջ 35 միլիոն դրամ:
