Գերմանիայի իշխանությունները փախստականներին երկրի տարածքում անվճար կրթություն ստանալու հնարավորություն կառաջարկեն` հայրենիք վերադառնալու համաձայնության դիմաց, հայտնել է Գերմանիայի տնտեսական համագործակցության եւ զարգացման նախարար Հերդ Մյուլլերը Welt թերթին տված հարցազրույցում, տեղեկացնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»:
«Փախստականի կարգավիճակի տրամադրման վերաբերյալ դիմումի քննարկումը կարող է ավելի քան երկու տարի տեւել: Այդ ընթացքում նրանց (փախստականներին) չի թույլատրվում աշխատել, նրանք անգործ են մնում եւ դեպրեսիայի մեջ են ընկնում», — նշում է Մյուլլերը:
Նրա խոսքով, այդ մարդկանց կառաջարկվի «հայրենիք վերադառնալ, բայց մինչ այդ նրանք կկարողանան առաջնային մասնագիտական պատրաստություն անցնել փականագործ, ջրմուղագործ, էլեկտրիկ կամ շինարար մասնագիտություններով»:
Տվյալ ծրագրի նպատակն է` ապահովել փախստականների հայրենիք վերադառնալու հնարավորությունը կամավոր հիմունքներով: «Առաջին փուլում 100 մլն եվրո պետք կլինի», — պարզաբանել է Մյուլլերը, խոսելով ֆինանսավորման մասին:
Welt-ի տվյալներով, իշխանություններն արդեն սկսել են կամավոր հայրենիք վերադառնալու ծրագրի ֆինանսավորումը` այդ նպատակի համար 25 մլն եվրո հատկացնելով:
