33-ամյա պայմանագրային զինծառայողը իր կնոջը «բոզության» մեջ մեղադրող զինվորին դաժան ծեծի է ենթարկել. «Ժամանակ»

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Արսեն Սարդարյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Գարիկ Հ.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:
Պայմանագրային զինծառայող, 33-ամյա Գարիկ Հ.-ի խնամքին 3 անչափահաս երեխաներ կան: Նա մեղադրվում էր տուժողի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս հասցնելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Գարիկ Հ.-ն կալանքի տակ էր առնվել 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 16-ից:
Ըստ դատական ակտի՝ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ին, ժամը 22-ի սահմաններում Գարիկ Հ.-ն «Ղոզլու» կոչվող տեղամասում վիճաբանության մեջ է մտել պայմանագրային զինծառայող, շարքային Սպարտակ Դ.-ի հետ՝ նրա կողմից իր կնոջ հասցեին արատավորող սուտ տեղեկություններ հայտնելու հետ կապված:
Վիճաբանության ընթացքում զայրացած Գարիկ Հ.-ն ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել Սպարտակ Դ.-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ նրա առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ պատճառելով ծանր վնաս՝ դեմքի շրջանի բազմաթիվ արյունազեղումների, քթի կոտրվածքի, որովայնի առաջնային պատի փափուկ հյուսվածքների սալջարդի, ձախից թմբկաթաղանթի հետտրավմատիկ թափածակման, ձախից՝ կրծքավանդակի ու պարանոցի շրջաններում ենթամաշկային էնֆիզեմայի, ձախից ութերորդ, իններորդ կողերի կոտրվածքների, ձախ թոքի պատռվածքով ուղեկցած՝ կրծքավանդակի փակ, բութ վնասվածքի ձևով:
Դատարանում Գարիկ Հ.-ն իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել ու միջնորդել է գործը քննել արագացված կարգով:
Դատարանն արձանագրել է, որ հանցավոր արարքի կատարումը Գարիկ Հ.-ի կողմից պայմանավորված է եղել տուժողի հակաբարոյական գործողություններով:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ին մարտական դիրքում հերթափոխն ավարտելուց հետո Գարիկ Հ.-ն զանգել է իր կնոջ եղբորը ու ասել, որ նա հետը վերցնի իրենց ծանոթ Ս.-ին ու գա «Ղոզլու» կոչվող տեղամաս՝ պարզաբանման:
Այնտեղ Գարիկ Հ.-ն, տուժող Սպարտակ Դ.-ն, Գարիկի աներորդին ու նրա հետ եկած Ս.-ն՝ չորսով հանդիպել են դեմ առ դեմ:
Ս.-ն բոլորի ներկայությամբ հերքել է Գարիկ Հ.-ի կնոջ հետ սիրային կապ ունենալու հանգամանքը, իսկ Սպարտակ Դ.-ն այդ ժամանակ ասել է, իբր՝ հենց Գարիկի կնոջից է իմացել, թե Ս.-ն նեղացրել է նրան, ըստ այդմ՝ դրա վերաբերյալ խոսել է այլոց հետ…
Պարզաբանելով, որ Սպարտակ Դ.-ն իր կնոջ հասցեին սուտ տեղեկություններ է տարածել՝ արատավորելով կնոջ անունն ու իր ընտանիքի պատիվը, Գարիկ Հ.-ն ոտքերով ու ձեռքերով այնքան է հարվածել Սպարտակ Դ.-ին, որ նրա առողջությանը պատճառել է կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս:
Դատարանը «բամբասանքներ տարածելը» գնահատել է որպես հակաբարոյական վարքագծի դրսևորում»:
