Զուրաբյանը ԸՕ-ի շուրջ համաձայնագիրը համարում է քաղհասարակության և քաղաքական ուժերի հաղթանակը

Ազգային ժողովի ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը մեծ հաջողություն է համարում ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխությունների շուրջ իշխանության և ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի միջև ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը: Խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Լևոն Զուրաբյանն ընդգծեց, որ ոչ մեկի համար սպասելի չէր, որ իշխանությունները ստոր ագրված ցուցակների հրապարակման հարցում կգնան զիջումների, քանի որ նրանք երկար ժամանակ դիմադրել են ընդդիմության կողմից դրված այդ պահանջին:
«Այն, ինչ կատարվեց սեպտեմբերի 13-ին, առանց չափազանցության կարելի է համարել մեր քաղաքացիական հասարակության և քաղաքական ուժերի հաղթանակը: Վերջապես իշխանությունները կատարեցին այդ պահանջը առանց հղումներ տալու Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովին և Սահմանադրական դատարանին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Զուրաբյանը:
Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում ստեղծվում է նոր իրավիճակ, որտեղ հնարավոր է իշխանության փոփոխություն ընտրությունների միջոցով: «Այստեղ արդեն քաղաքական ուժերի ակտիվությունից է կախված, որքանով մենք կկարողանանք օգտվել այս հնարավորությունից: Եթե մենք ակտիվ լինենք, միասնական լինենք, ապրիլի 2-ը կարող է լինել շրջադարձային»,- ասաց ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը:
Անդրադառնալով խոսակցություններին, թե իշխանությունները կարող են հրաժարվել ստորագրված համաձայնագրից, ինչպես եղավ առաջին համաձայնագրի դեպքում, որով նախատեսվում էր ընտրություններից առաջ 10 մատնահետքերով էլեկտրոնային նախագրանցման գործընթաց կազմակերպել և ընտրողների գրանցման գործընթացը տանել նույնականացման քարտերով, Զուրաբյանն ասաց. «Իշխանություններն այս համաձայնագրից հրաժարվելու ոչ մի տարբերակ չունեն: Առաջին համաձայնագիրը կնքվել էր պայմանով, որ պետք է կյանքի կոչվի ֆինանսական միջոցներ գտնելու դեպքում: Այս համաձայնագիրը «եթե& raquo;-ներ չի պարունակում, ուստի իշխանությունները սրանից հրաժարվելու հնարավորություն չունեն»:
