CNN. Ռուսաստանի թեման կենտրոնական տեղ է զբաղեցնում ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի ընտրություններում

Ռուսաստանը մեծացնում է համաշխարհային իրադարձությունների վրա իր ազդեցությունը եւ «սառը պատերազմի» ժամանակներից ի վեր առաջին անգամ կենտրոնական տեղ է զբաղեցնում ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահական ընտրություններում, հայտնում է CNN-ը:
Նշվում է, որ ներկայիս մրցապայքարում Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը պատկերվում է խամաճիկավարի դերում, որը կախված է Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունից թեկնածու Հիլարի Քլինթոնի եւ նրա մրցակից` հանրապետական կուսակցությունից Դոնալդ Թրամփի պայքարի վրա: Այսպես, դեմոկրատները Կրեմլին մեղադրել են կուսակցության սերվերների վրա կիբերգրոհ կազմակերպելու համար, իսկ ԿՀՎ-ի նախկին տնօրեն Մայքլ Մորելլը Թրամփին ուղղակիորեն կոչել է Ռուսաստանի «ակամա գործակալ»:
Նյութում նշվում է, որ խորհրդային ղեկավարությունը հազվադեպ էր անմիջականորեն միջամտում ԱՄՆ-ում ընտրական գործընթացին:
«Խորհրդային Միությունը, չնայած ի վիճակի էր միջամտել ԱՄՆ-ում ընտրություններին, միշտ վախենում էր, թե նման քայլը կարող է տհաճ հետեւանքներ ունենալ նախընտրելի թեկնածուի համար», — հայտնել է Ղազախստանում եւ Վրաստանում ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպան Ուիլյամ Քորթնին:
Նրա կարծիքով, ռուսաստանյան ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը կարող է իր առաջ խնդիր դնել` խարխլել ԱՄՆ-ի ընտրական համակարգի հանդեպ քաղաքացիների վստահությունը: Նրա հետ համամիտ է ԿՀՎ-ի նախկին գործակալ Մայքլ Բեյքերը, որը հայտնել է, թե Ռուսաստանը չի ձգտում ազդել այս կամ այն թեկնածուի օգտին ընտրության վրա:
ԱՄՆ-ում նախագահական մրցապայքարը ցուցադրում է համաշխարհային թատերաբեմի վրա ռուսական ազդեցության աճը այն բանի ֆոնին, երբ Պուտինը ջանքեր է ձեռնարկում Ռուսաստանը Ղրիմի միավորումից հետո մեկուսացումից դուրս բերելու ուղղությամբ, նշում է CNN-ը: Ռուսաստանը վերականգնել է իր դիրքերը Մերձավոր Արեւելքում եւ դարձել է ԱՄՆ-ի կարեւորագույն գործընկերներից մեկը սիրիական ճգնաժամի կարգավորման գործում, իսկ սեպտեմբերի սկզբին Պուտինը «ամենագո» է եղել Չինաստանում G20-ի գագաթնաժողովին:
Չնայած տնտեսության մեջ խնդիրներին եւ նավթից եւ գազից չափազանց մեծ կախվածությանը, Ռուսաստանը չի արդարացրել Արեւմուտքի կանխատեսումները, որ այն ընդամենը «տարածաշրջանային փլուզվող տերություն» կլինի,- ասված է նյութում:
Ռուսաստանյան իշխանությունները հերքում են ԱՄՆ-ի գործընթացի վրա ազդելու փորձերի համար մեղադրանքները: Այսպես, նախօրեին ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտնել է ԱՄՆ-ի նախընտրական արշավում «խավավոր ռուսատյացության» մասին եւ ափսոսանք է հայտնել այդ կապակցությամբ:
