«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. ««Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի Անկախության 25-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ համաներման նախագիծն արդեն պատրաստ է: Ըստ նույն լուրերի՝ ՀՀ քրեակատարողական վարչությունը նույնիսկ հաշվարկել է, թե քանի դատապարտյալի վրա այն կտարածվի:

Սակայն դեռեւս չի հստակեցվել, թե այն երբ է ուղարկվելու խորհրդարանի հաստատմանը: Հավանաբար սեպտեմբերի 21-ին կհրապարակվի համաներում հայտարարելու մտադրության մասին, իսկ նախագիծը քննարկելու նպատակով խորհրդարանի արտահերթ նիստ կհրավիրվի: Ենթադրվում է, որ դա կարող է առաջիկա երկու շաբաթներին տեղի ունենալ:

Մյուս կողմից դատաիրավական ոլորտում արդեն իսկ լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ քաղաքական դաշտում վերջին օրերին ծավալվող բուռն զարգացումներով պայմանավորված՝ հնարավոր է՝ «Համաներման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի ընդունումը մեկ կամ երկու ամսով հետաձգվի: Իհարկե, նման տարբերակի հավանականությունը շատ փոքր է գնահատվում, քանի որ երեկ ԱԺ-ում խոսվում էր, որ սեպտեմբերի 26-ին նախատեսվում է ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ:

Ամեն դեպքում, ընդամենը վեց օրից Հայաստանը կնշի իր անկախության քսանհինգամյակը: Օրվա հետ կապված բազմաթիվ միջոցառումներ են նախատեսված, այդ թվում՝ մեծ զորահանդես: Իսկ դատապարտյալների եւ քրեական հանցագործություններ կատարածների ու նրանց հարազատների ուշքն ու միտքը համաներումն է, որպեսզի ազատվեն քրեական պատասխանատվությունից»:
