Իսպանիայում մեքենավարը գնացքը կես ճանապարհին կանգնեցրել է, երբ իր հերթափոխն ավարտվել է

Իսպանիայի Սանտանդեր (Կանտաբրիա ինքնավար համայնք) քաղաքից Մադրիդ ընթացող գնացքի մեքենավարը գնացքը լքել է քանի որ իր աշխատանքային օրն ավարտվել էր:
Գնացքը, որի մեջ 100-ից ավելի ուղեւոր է եղել, մնացել է Օսորնոյի (Կաստիլիա եւ Լեոն ինքնավար համայնքի Պալենսիայի նահանգ) կայարանում, հայտնում է El País-ը: Մեքենավարն ասել է, որ իր աշխատանքային օրն ավարտվել է: Renfe երկաթուղային ընկերությունը ուղեւորներից ներողություն է հայցել եւ խոստացել է փոխհատուցել ուղեւորության արժեքը:
Diario Montañés պարբերականին ուղեւորները հայտնել են, որ գնացքի կանգնելուց հետո նախ ասել են, թե ուշացումը պայմանավորված է տեխնիկական խնդիրներով, սակայն 15 րոպե հետո բարձրախոսով նոր տեղեկություն են ստացել: «Մեզ ասացին, որ մեքենավարը որոշել է կանգնել, քանի որ իր աշխատանքային օրն ավարտվել էր, եւ ինքը չի ցանկանում ռիսկի դիմել եւ աշխատանքի թույլատրելի ժամը գերազանցելու պատճառով վթարի ենթարկվել»,- ասել է ուղեւորներից մեկը:
Գնացքի դռները փակ են մնացել մինչեւ Քաղաքացիական գվարդիայի ժամանումը: Որոշ ժամանակ անց կայարան են բերվել ավտոբուսներ՝ ուղեւորներին նշանակման վայր հասցնելու համար: Արդյունքում Մադրիդ մեկնողները մայրաքաղաք են հասել նախապես պլանավորածից 5 ժամ ուշացումով:
Renfe ընկերությունը միջադեպի հետաքննություն է սկսել եւ մեքենավարից պարզաբանում է պահանջել: Իր հերթին արհմիությունը հայտարարել է, որ մեքենավարը գնացքը լքել է «անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով»: «Մեքենավարը, ինչպես ավտոբուսի վարորդը կամ օդաչուն, չի կարող գերազանցել սահմանված աշխատաժամերը: Նա օրենքին է հետեւել»,- հայտարրարել են արհմիությունից:
Մեքենավարը չի կարող գնացքը վարել անընդմեջ 5,5 ժամից ավելի, հայտարարել է Իսպանիայի երկաթուղայինների՝ մեքենավարների եւ նրանց օգնականների արհմիության քարտուղարը: Նա հայտարարել է, որ «փորձառու աշխատակիցը կառավարման կենտրոնին նախօրոք նախազգուշացրել է», որ իր աշխատանքային օրը շուտով կավարտվի, սակայն ընկերությունում փոխարինող չեն գտել:
