SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Հրանտ Պետրոսանի կողմից ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշով հարուցված քրեական գործը փոխանցվել է Հայաստանի հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է՝ SHAMSHYAN.com-ի հայտնած տեղեկությունները այն մասին, որ սեպտեմբերի 10–ին Երևանում ոչ սթափ (խմած) վիճակում մահվան ելքվ վրաերթ կատարած վարորդը աշխատում է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում՝ կոչումով մայոր է: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, սեպտեմբերի 10-ին մահվան ելքով վրաերթ էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։
Ժամը 05։00-ի սահմաններում Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Վահե Կիրակոսյանը Սեբաստիա փողոցում իր վարած Mercedes մակնիշի 99 DD 800 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի էր ենթարկել հետիոտն, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 68-ամյա Վլադիմիր Կույնեցիին։ Վարորդը փախուստի չէր դիմել, ահազանգել էր 1-03 շտապօգնություն, այնուհետև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն, և մինչ կժամաներ շտապօգնության բրիգադը, վրաերթի ենթարկվածը մահացել էր։ Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել ոստիկանության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, ժամանել էին նաև Երևանի Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները՝ Երևանի ՃՈ պետ Արման Հակոբյանի և նրա տեղակալ Հայկազ Մաթևոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Արտավազդ Հարությունյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էր Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել էր քննչական խումբը՝ ավագ քննիչ Հրանտ Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշով։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ հետիոտնը փողոցն անցնելիս էր եղել թույլատրելի հատվածով, իսկ վարորդ Վ. Կիրակոսյանն աշխատում է ոստիկանության Մետրոպոլիտենի պահպանության բաժնի ոստիկանության վաշտի 2-րդ դասակում՝ որպես հրամանատար, կոչումով մայոր է։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
