Լևոն Հայրապետյանի գործի հետաքննության ժամկետը երկարացվել է մինչեւ դեկտեմբեր

Գործարար Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի գործի հետաքննության ժամկետը, որը մեղադրվում Է նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստեւից 700 հազար դոլար հափշտակելու մեջ, երկարաձգվել Է մինչեւ նոյեմբերի վերջը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտնել Է նրա փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մարգարյանը:
Ավելի վաղ դատախազությունը հրաժարվել Է հաստատել գործով մեղադրական եզրակացությունը եւ այն ուղարկել Է լրացուցիչ քննության: Ինչպես նշել Է փաստաբանը, օգոստոսի 31-ին հետաքննությունն այդ ժամանակից ի վեր առաջին անգամ որոշել Է հաղորդակցվել Հայրապետյանի հետ: «Առիթ Է ծառայել այն ծանուցումը, որ գործով նախնական հետաքննության ժամկետը երկարաձգվել Է մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 24-ը»,- նշել Է Մարգարյանը:
Նա հավելել Է, որ հետաքննությունը նաեւ նրան ներկայացրել Է մեղադրանքի նոր խմբագրվածքը: «Նախորդ երեքից այսօրվա մեղադրանքի տարբերությունն այն Է, որ այս անգամ քննիչը որոշման մեջ գրել Է, թե Իգոր Իզմեստեւի մայրը՝ Տամարա Իզմեստվեւան, փողը Հայրապետյանին Է հանձնել «որպես կաշառք»,- պատմել Է փաստաբանը:
Հայրապետյանի նկատմամբ հարուցվել Է եւս մեկ գործ: Նրան մեղադրում են 2009 թվականի ապրիլին Ուրալ Ռախիմովի կողմից «Սիստեմա» բաժնետիրական ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի կառույցներին «Բաշնեֆտի» վաճառքին մասնակցության մեջ, որը վերջինս գլխավորել Է երեք տարի:
Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ Հայրապետյանն ունի երկքաղաքացիություն եւ անշարժ գույք արտասահանում, մասնավորապես, վերջին ժամանակներս նա ապրում Էր Մոնակոյում: Այս փաստով Էլ հետաքննությունը հիմնավորել Է նրան քննչական մեկուսարանում պահելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Հոկտեմբերի սկզբին գործարարին փոխադրել են տնային կալանքի: Հայրապետյանի փաստաբանն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել Է, որ իր պաշտպանյալի առողջական վիճակը խիստ վատթարացել Է, եւ խնդրել Է ազատ արձակել նրան:
