Հայաստանյան դպրոցներում դասագրքերի պակասը շատ արագ լրացվում է:
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ ԿԳՆ հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Նարինե Հովհաննիսյանն` անդրադառնալով այն տեղեկություններին, որ որոշ դպրոցներում դասագրքերի խնդիր կա և ծնողներն իրենց միջոցներով են դրանք գնում:
«Նախ ասեմ, որ նախապես դպրոցներից հայտեր են ներկայացվում` նշելով, թե որ դասագրքերից որքան է անհրաժեշտ: Ըստ այդ հայտերի, պատվերը տրվում է, գնումը կատարվում է և դասագրքերը բաշխվում են: Բայց դեպք ունենք, Արարատի մարզից մեզ գրել են, որ վրիպում է տեղի ունեցել և մեկ դպրոցում 100 հատ երրորդ դասարանի ռուսերեն դասագիրք չի ստացվել: Մենք հարցում ենք կատարել, թե որտեղ մնացորդ ունենք: Պարզվել է մնացորդ կա Երևանում, հիմա համապատասխան գրությամբ դա կվերցնենք ու կտանք Արարատի մարզի դպրոցին: Այսինքն, եթե որևէ տեղ հանկարծ դասագրքերի խնդիր է լինում, ապա մնացորդներով այն լուծվում է»,-ասաց Նարինե Հովհաննիսյանը:
Մեկ այլ օրինակ, երբ Պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի ավագ դպրոցը նախատեսել էր ընդունել 150 10-րդ դասարանցի, բայց ընդունվել է` 350: Ըստ Նարինե Հովհաննիսյանի` դա չնչին խախտում է և ամեն տարի դա եղել է: Դասագրքերի վերաբաշխման միջոցով էլ խնդիրը լուծվել է:
«Ծնողները կարող են չգնել գրքեր, տնօրենները մեզ դիմում են և բացը լրացվում է. բայց կան դասագրքրեր, որոնք նոր չեն, և եթե ծնող ուզում է, որ իր երեխան նոր դասագրքով սովորի ու գնելու հնարավորություն ունի, ապա կարող է գնել: Կարող եմ ասել, որ նման դեպքերն ընդհանուրի մեջ չնչին տոկոս են կազմում»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով այն խնդրին, որ որոշ դպրոցների ուսուցիչներ նախընտրում են ոչ թե պետության կողմից տրված, այլ մեկ ուրիշ հրատարակության դասագիրք, ու առաջարկում են ծնողներին դրանք գնել, Նարինե Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ պարտադիր ոչինչ լինել չի կարող:
«Ուսուցչուհին ազատ է իր մեթոդների մեջ, նա կարող է բուն դասագրքից բացի առաջարկել լրացուցիչ նյութեր, սակայն դա պետք է լինի ծնողների հետ համաձայնության գալուց հետո, բայց ոչ պարտադիր: Եթե ամեն դեպքում դպրոցներում կա խնդիր, ապա լավ կլիներ, որ ծնողներն այն ներկայացնեին հասցեական, որպեսզի կարողանանք միջամտել»,-հավելեց նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը:
