«Հրապարակ». Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հրաժարականի եւս մեկ պատճառ

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հրաժարականի հարցում որոշակի դեր են խաղացել նաեւ ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները։ Ըստ որոշ լուրերի, նա քայլեր է ձեռնարկել՝ հօգուտ ԲՀԿ-ական թեկնածուների։ Դա հատկապես նկատելի է եղել Արարատի մարզի գյուղերում, որտեղ նա փորձել է ԲՀԿ թեկնածուներին կամ ԲՀԿ-ական համայնքապետերին աջակցել, որ մրցակիցներ չունենան։ Նրա հրահանգով մարզպետ Ռուբիկ Աբրահամյանը ոչ միայն առաջարկել է Նոր Խարբերդում ընտրել գործող գյուղապետ ԲՀԿ-ական Կամո Կակոյանին, այլեւ հայտարարել են, որ Կակոյանի մրցակիցը՝ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանը, որը կադաստրում է աշխատում՝ «Մասիսի» սպասարկման գրասենյակի պետն է, պետք է հրաժարվի ընտրապայքարից։ Վերջինիս թեկնածությունն առաջադրել է Մասիսի տարածաշրջանից պատգամավոր ընտրված Մուրադ Մուրադյանը։

Սկզբում նրան «լավով» առաջարկել են դուրս գալ պայքարից, ապա փորձել են պաշտոնանկությամբ նպատակին հասնել։ Նույն սկզբունքով սպառնացել են նաեւ Հովտաշատի ԲՀԿ-ական գյուղապետ Հովիկ Թադեւոսյանի մրցակից Կարեն Հարությունյանին, որին նույնպես Մուրադյանն է աջակցում, չնայած վերջինս անկուսակցական է։ Իսկ Հովիկ Թադեւոսյանը նախկին վարչապետի մերձավորներից է։

Ըստ Պետռեգիստրի տվյալների, Աբրահամյանի հայրենի Մխչյան գյուղում գործող՝ ձկների արտահանմամբ զբաղվող «Մխչյան Ֆիշ Ֆուդ» ընկերության բաժնեմասերը 2010 թվականին անցել են Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի եղբորորդուն, Հովտաշատի գյուղապետին եւ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին։ Այս եռյակը սեփականության իրավունքով տնօրինում է նաեւ հարեւան Զորակ գյուղում գրանցված մեկ այլ ընկերություն՝ «Էկոֆիշ Թրեյդը», որը երկու ձկնաբուծարան ունի Զորակում եւ Մխչյանում»:
