«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ տեղեկություն ստացանք, որ բախվել են Արթիկի քաղաքապետի ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածու, անկուսակցական Մուշեղ Պետոյանի եւ Արտակ Հակոբյանի թիմակիցները։ Նշենք, որ Հակոբյանն էլ է ցանկացել թեկնածություն առաջադրել, բայց ՀՀԿ-ից արգելել են, եւ նա սկսել է պաշտպանել Մխիթար Վարագյանին։

Վերջերս գրել էինք նաեւ, որ Շիրակի մարզի հարկայինի պետի տեղակալ Նահապետյանը, որը Պետոյանի զարմիկն է, փորձում է տուգանել Արտակ Հակոբյանին պատկանող «Ույուտ» ՍՊԸ-ին՝ 40 մլն դրամի չափով։ Օրերս, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Պետոյանի եւ Հակոբյանի թիմակիցների միջեւ զրույց է ընթացել, նրան մեկ անգամ եւս հորդորել են փոխել որոշումը, աջակցել Պետոյանին։ Լեզու չեն գտել, եւ բանը հասել է քաշքշուկի։

Մ. Պետոյանը մեր լրագրողին վստահեցրել է, որ վեճն իրականում տեղի է ունեցել Հակոբյանի թիմակիցների միջեւ։ Նա պատմել է, որ Արտակ Հակոբյանը, եղբայրը՝ Արթուր Հակոբյանը, որն Արթիկի դպրոցի տնօրենն է, Արտակի աներորդին իրենց թիմակիցներից ոչ բոլորին են կարողացել ուղղորդել Վարագյանի կողմը, եւ այդ հողի վրա իրար քաշքշել են։ Պետոյանն ասել է՝ իմանալով միջադեպի մասին, շտապել է կռվողներին հաշտեցնելու։ «Նրանց սաստել եմ, ասել եմ՝ արթիկցիներ ենք, ամսի 2-ից հետո 3 կա, պետք չէ լարվածություն մտցնել եւ մարդկանց դիրքորոշման հետ կապված քայլեր ձեռնարկել, մի ստիպեք՝ ով ում պաշտպանի»։

Արթիկում հոկտեմբերի 2-ի ընտրություններում պայքարում են ՀՀԿ-ական Մխիթար Վարագյանը՝ Արթիկի նախկին քաղաքապետի եղբայրը, եւ պատգամավոր, նախկին ԲՀԿ-ական Մուշեղ Պետոյանը, որին սատարում է ՀՀԿ-ն»:
