Արցախում կկայանա «Արցախ ԷթնոՖեստ» առաջին միջազգային փառատոնը

«Արցախէթնոֆեստ»-ը միջազգային փառատոն է, որը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել տարին մեկ անգամ, Արցախում, տարբեր երկրների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ: Յուրաքանչյուր փառատոն կունենա իր խորագիրը և կներկայացնի ազգային մշակույթի մեկ ուղղություն: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարությունից:
«Արցախէթնոֆեստ» առաջին միջազգային փառատոնը կանցկացվի 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 15-17-ը: Փառատոնը կունենա «Երկրի համը» անվանումը և կներկայացնի տարբեր երկրների ազգային խոհանոցները: Փառատոնին կմասնակցեն ինչպես հմուտ խոհարարներ, այնպես էլ տարբեր մասնագիտությունների տեր մարդիկ Ֆրանսիայից, Ռումինիայից, Մոլդովայից, Հարավային Կորեայից, Սիրիայից, Վրաստանից և իհարկե, Հայաստանից ու Արցախից: Փառատոնային ծրագրի շրջանակներում նրանք կպատրաստեն և հյուրերին կմատուցեն իրենց ազգային ուտեստներն ու ճաշատեսակները:
Միջոցառումը տեղի կունենա սեպտեմբերի 16-ին Շուշիի «Իսահակի աղբյուր» ռեստորանային համալիրում: Կներկայացվեն ֆրանսիական կրեպը, ռումինական մամալիգան, բրնձով պատրաստված կորեական ուտեստներ, սիրիական աղցաններ և արևելյան քաղցրավենիք, վրացական սացիվին, ինչպես նաև Արցախյան խոհանոցի այցեքարտ ժենգյալով հացը, կուրկուտը, ավանդական խորովածը: Փառատոնի օտարերկրացի մասնակիցների համար կկազմակերպվի ժենգյալով հացի թխման վարպետության դաս և մրցույթ: Միջոցառումը կուղեկցվի հետաքրքիր համերգային ծրագրերով:
