«Հայաստանի մանուկներ» հիմնադրամը (COAF)  սեպտեմբերի 14-ին երեխաների համար նախատեսված ՍՄԱՐԹ ապահով սենյակներ է բացելու Տավուշի մարզի Այգեհովիտ և Կոթի գյուղերում: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին  Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամից՝ հավելելով. «Հայաստանում եզակի այս սենյակները յուրահատուկ կրթական անկյուններ են, որոնք բացի ուսումնական իրենց նշանակությունից, նաև անվտանգ տարածքներ են՝ հետաքրքիր լուծումներով: Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն է այս տարածաշրջանում ապրող երեխաներին ու երիտասարդներին հնարավորություն տալ ապահով ու տեխնոլոգիապես հագեցած տարածքում օգտվել ժամանակակից կրթական միջավայրի առավելություններից:

Բացման արարողությանը հրավիրված են ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների, Պաշտպանության, Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման, Կրթության և գիտության  նախարարությունները, միջազգային կազմակերպություններ, դիվանագիտական կորպուսների ներկայացուցիչներ, հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, տեղական իշխանություններ, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդ գերաշնորհ Բագրատ եպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը և «Հայաստանի մանուկներ» հիմնադրամի գործընկերները։

«Հայաստանի մանուկներ» հիմնադրամը (COAF) բարեգործական կազմակերպություն է, որի նպատակն է բարձրացնելՀայաստանի գյուղաբնակների կյանքի որակը համայնքային զարգացման երեխայակենտրոն ծրագրերի միջոցով:Հիմնադրամի համակողմանի ծրագրային մոդելի իրագործումը սկսվել է 2004թ., և այդ ժամանակից ի վեր իրակնացվում են կրթական, առողջապահական, սոցիալական և տնտեսական ծրագրեր, ինչպես նաև հիմնանորոգվում ենհամայնքների համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող ենթակառուցվածքները: Այս ծրագրերի շահառուներն ենՀայաստանի Արմավիրի, Արագածոտնի, Լոռու, Գեղարքունիքի, Շիրակի և Տավուշի մարզերի 44 համայնքների ավելի< /i>քան 67,000 բնակիչները:

2015 թ. սկսած՝ COAF-ը մշակել և իրագործում է նոր տեսլական՝ ՍՄԱՐԹ նախաձեռնություն: ՍՄԱՐԹ-ը կրթության միջոցով առաջխաղացում է ապահովելու գյուղական աշխարհի համար, ինչի արդյունքումշահում են անհատները, հասարակությունը և միջավայրը: ՍՄԱՐԹ-ը կդառնա զարգացման օրինակելի մոդել և կկրկնօրինակվի Հայաստանի այլ մարզերում և համայնքներում»:
