Համակարգչային խաղերը եւ թենիսը լավացնում են հիշողությունը

Համակարգչային խաղերը նախկինում վնասակար զբաղմունք էին համարում, որը մարդկանց վրա վատ էր անդրադառնում: Մինչդեռ այժմ ավելի ու ավելի մեծ թվով գիտնականներ են սկսել մտածել դրանց օգտակարության մասին, փոխանցում է Planet-today-ը:
Հերթական ապացույցն են հայտնաբերել Թեքսասի ինստիտուտի հետազոտողները: Նրանք պարզել են, որ համակարգչային խաղերը, ինչպես եւ թենիսը, դրականորեն են ազդում հիշողության վրա եւ նպաստում են մտապահմանը:
Հարցն այն է, որ այդ խաղերով զբաղվելու ժամանակ ուղեղը հատուկ քիմիկատներ է արտադրում: Հենց դրանք են նպաստում, որ մարդն սկսի տեղեկատվությունն ավելի լավ մտապահել:
Այդ պատճառով համակարգչային խաղերը եւ թենիսը կարող են ոչ միայն ուղեղի հաճույքի ակունքները խթանել: Ճիշտ մոտեցման դեպքում դրանք կարելի է օգտագործել ինքնազարգացման համար, ըստ որում՝ ոչ միայն մտավոր, այլեւ անհատականության:
Զանազան իրավիճակների խթանումը օգնում է հմտություններով օժտվել, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են իրական կյանքում: Սակայն գիտնականները շեշտում են, որ դրան անհրաժեշտ է հատկապես տրամադրվել, այլապես խաղը հաճելի զգացողություններ կպարգեւի, բայց ոչ ավելին:
