2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 24-ին սարսափելի երկրաշարժ տեղի ունեցավ իտալական Պեսկարա-դել-Տորոնտո քաղաքում, որը Հռոմից 15 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա է գտնվում։ Հրշեջներն ու փրկարարները օր ու գիշեր աշխատում էին՝ փորձելով փրկել մարդկանց կյանքը։ Այդպես նրանք գտան 4 տարեկան Ջորջիա Ռենալդոյին, ով հրաշքով ողջ էր մնացել։ 

Փոքրիկին դուրս բերելով փլատակների տակից՝ փրկարարները հասկացան, թե ինչպես է նրան հաջողվել ողջ մնալ։ Նրան իր մարմնով պաշտպանել էր քույրը։ Երբ տունն սկսել է փլվել, 9 տարեկան Ջուլիան ամուր գրկել է քրոջն ու փակել նրան իր մարմնով։ Պատերի քարերն ընկել են աղջկա վրա, կոտրել մարմինն ու սպանել տեղում։ Բայց փոքրիկ Ջորջիան, չնայած շատ էր վախեցել, ողջ է մնացել։ 

Ջուլիայի արարքը շշմեցրել է բոլորին։ Նրան հուղարկավորել են ինչպես հերոսի։ Մարդիկ դագաղի մոտ էին բերում ծաղիկներ, քաղցրավենիք ու նամակներ։ 
Նման մի նամակ քաջ աղջկա համար գրել է հրշեջներից մեկն, ով օգնել է նրա մարմինը դուրս բերել փլատակների տակից։

Ես օգնել եմ դուրս բերել քեզ փլատակների տակից։ Ների՛ր, որ մենք այդքան ուշ եկանք. դու արդեն չէիր շնչում։ Բայց ուզում եմ, որ իմանաս՝ մենք արեցինք ամեն ինչ, որ կարողանանք քեզ փրկել։ Հիմա երբ ես վերադառնամ տուն՝ Լակուիլա, ես կիմանամ, որ երկնքից մեզ հրեշտակ է նայում։ Գիշերները դու մեզ համար փայլող աստղ կլինես։ Ցտեսություն, Ջուլիա։ Չնայած մենք երբեք չենք հանդիպել, ես սիրում եմ քեզ։
