ՌԴ-ի, Բելառուսի եւ Հայաստանի հետաքննչական կոմիտեների ղեկավարները կակտիվացնեն համագործակցությունը

Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի եւ Հայաստանի հետաքննչական կոմիտեների ղեկավարները սեպտեմբերի 9-ին Մինսկում հայտարարություն են ստորագրել միջգերատեսչական համագործակցությունն ակտիվացնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, տեղեկացնում «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին:Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի հետաքննչական կոմիտեների ղեկավարներ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը եւ Ալեքսանդր Բաստրիկինը ժամանել են Մինսկ՝ մասնակցելու բելառուս քննիչների մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ անցկացվող հանդիսավոր միջոցառումներին: 

«Այս պահից նոր Էջ Է բացված Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի եւ Հայաստանի հետաքննչական կոմիտեների հարաբերություններում»,-հայտարարել Է Բելառուսի ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Իվան Նոսկեւիչը: Ռուսաստանի ՀԿ-ի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Բաստրիկինը նշել Է, որ «ձեռք բերված փորձը խոսում Է այն մասին, որ մենք ունենք հիանալի մասնագետներ, որոնք, փոխգործակցելով, կարող են լուծել ծանր ու առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ընդհանուր խնդիրները:

Սեպտեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված փաստաթղթում նշվում են քաղաքացիների ու պետությունների համար այն բացասական հետեւանքները, որոնք իրենց հետ բերում են հատկապես կազմակերպված հանցավորության եւ կոռուպցիայի, թմրանյութերի անօրինական շրջանառության ոլորտում կատարվող հանցագործությունները:

Համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ ընդգծվում Է, որ, չնայած միջազգային սերտ կոոպերացմանը, զգալի ռեզերվներ կան միջգերատեսչական գործակցությունն ակտիվացնելու համար: 

Հետաքննչական կոմիտեների ղեկավարները հայտարարել են քրեական գործերով իրավական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու խնդրանքների կատարման օպերատիվության բարձրացմանն ուղղված համատեղ գործողություններն ակտիվացնելու վճռականության մասին:Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի եւ Հայաստանի հետաքննչական կոմիտեների ղեկավարները նաեւ հայտարարել են, որ ՀԿ ղեկավարների խորհրդի ստեղծումը կծառայի ԱՊՀ-ի մասնակից պետությունների շահերին եւ ծանրակշիռ ավանդ կներդնի հանցագործությունների դեմ մղվող պայքարում:
