ՀԽ-ն քննարկել է Անկախության 25-ամյակին ընդառաջ համաներում հայտարարելու հարցը

ՀՀ Հանրային խորհրդում սեպտեմբերի 8-ին տեղի է ունեցել փոքր խորհրդի նիստ, որը ղեկավարել է խորհրդի նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանը: Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված են եղել մի շարք հարցեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Հանրային խորհրդի լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Խորհուրդն անդրադարձել է նույն օրը վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հրաժարականի հայտարարությանը: Խորհրդի անդամներն ընդգծել են, որ վերջինիս պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածում Հանրային խորհուրդն արդյունավետ համագործակցել է ՀՀ կառավարության հետ: Միաժամանակ, ներկաները համակարծիք են եղել Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի այն մտքին, որ առկա տնտեսական և սոցիալական իրավիճակի բարելավման համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ են հասարակության և կառավարության միասնական ջանքեր, իսկ դրա համար` նոր մոտեցումներ: Հանրային խորհուրդը հույս է հայտնել, որ ձևավորվող կառավարության ծրագրային դրույթները կբխեն այդ առաջնահերթությունից, իսկ Հանրային խորհրդի և ՀՀ կառավարության համագործակցությունը կշարունակվի առավել արդյունավետ:
Քննարկվել են նաև երկրի մի շարք ոլորտներում առկա խնդիրները` տնտեսություն, ռազմարդյունաբերություն, առողջապահություն, կրթություն, մշակույթ և այլն: Այս համատեքստում մասնավորապես քննարկվել է Հանրային խորհրդում տարբեր գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների հետ արդեն ավանդույթ դարձած աշխատանքային հանդիպումների հետագա ընթացքը և որպես առաջիկա հանդիպման անհրաժեշտություն` առաջարկվել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի հետ հանդիպելու հարցը:
ՀԽ փոքր խորհրդի նիստին քննարկվել է Անկախության 25-ամյակին ընդառաջ համաներում հայտարարելու հարցը, որը կտարածվի նաև հուլիսյան դեպքերի հետևանքով անազատության մեջ հայտնված անձանց որոշակի խմբի վրա: Հնչել են տարբեր կարծիքներ ու տեսակետներ, որոշվել է հարցն աշխատանքային կարգով լրացուցիչ քննարկել և կրկին ներկայացնել հաջորդ շաբաթվա մեջ կայանալիք ՀԽ փոքր խորհրդի նիստին:
Անկախության 25-ամյակի հետ կապված առաջարկ է հնչել նաև կոչով դիմել ՀՀ 3 նախագահներին այդ օրը միասին հանդես գալու` ի նշան ազգային համերաշխության և միասնության:
Օրակարգի հաջորդ հարցը վերաբերել է մշակույթի ոլորտին: Քննարկման թեմա են դարձել ամերիկյան ընկերությանը խոշոր գումարի դիմաց պատվիրված և հասարակության լայն շրջանակների կողմից հավանության չարժանացած Հայաստանի ազգային բրենդն ու կարգախոսը: Որոշվել է հարցի վերաբերյալ ՀԽ մշակույթի ենթահանձնաժողում կազմակերպել համակողմանի քննարկում և ներկայացնել դիրքորոշում:
Քննարկվել է նաև Անկախության 25-ամյակի տոնական միջոցառումենրի շրջանակներում «Անկախության սերունդ» խորագրով համերգային ծրագրի համար պետական բյուջեից հսկայական գումար հատկացնելու հարցը, որը նույնպես դժգոհության ալիք է բարձրացրել հանրության որոշակի շրջանակներում: Այս հարցը նույնպես կքննարկվի ՀԽ մշակույթի ենթահանձնաժողովում:
ՀԽ փոքր խորհրդի նիստի օրակարգում ներառվել են նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության համակարգում առկա խնդիրները: Որոշվել է հարցին առավել հանգամանորեն անդրադառնալ մոտ ապագայում ` կազմակերպելով լայն քննարկում ոլորտի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
