Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպման և իրականացման գործը փորձում են բարդել գյուլենականների վրա: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով թուրքական «Հուրիեթ» պարբերականը, ռազմական հեղաշրջման ձախողված փորձից հետո գյուլենականների դեմ իրականցվող գործողությունների շրջանակո ւմ  աշխատանքից հեռացվել են այն երկու ոստիկանները, ովքեր Դինքի սպանությունից հետո լուսանկարվել էին մարդասպան Օգյուն Սամասթի հետ:

2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին Դինքի սպանությունից հետո Սամասթը հունվարի 22-ին ձերբակալվեց Սամսունում: Ոստիկանության ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի բաժանմունքում երկու ոստիկաններ Մեթին Բալթան և Իբրահիմ Ֆըրաթը լուսանկարվեցին թուրքական դրոշը ձեռքին կանգնած Սամասթի հետ: Հետագայում, սակայն, ոստիկանների դեմ հարուցվեց դատական գործ:

Սամսունի ոստիկանության ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի գրասենյակի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Մեթին Բալթային «պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման» հիմնավորմամբ պահանջվում էր դատապարտել 6 ամսից 2 տարվա, իսկ կոմիսար Իբրահիմ Ֆըրաթին «հետաքննության գաղտնիությունը խախտելու» հիմնավորմամբ` 1-ից 5 տարվա ազատազրկման: Դատարանը, սակայն, նրանց անմեղ ճանաչեց: Իսկ ավելի ուշ երկուսն էլ պաշտոնի բարձրացում ստացան:

Մեթին Բալթան և Իբրահիմ Ֆըրաթը գյուլենականների դեմ իրականացվող գործողությունների շրջանակում հեռացվել են աշխատանքից: Թուրքական Star պարբերականի տեղեկություններով` Դինքի մարդասպան Օգյուն Սամասթի հետ լուսանկարի սկանդալային պատմության հետևում կանգնած են գյուլենականները, ովքեր նպատակ են ունեցել տպավորություն թողնել, որ հանցանքը կատարել են ազգայնականները: Այս ամենն էլ իր հերթին հող պետք է նախապատրաստեր «Էրգենեքոն»-ի դատավարության համար («Էրգենեքոն»-ի գործի շրջանակում 2013 թվականին 5 տարվա դատավարությունից հետո դատարանը ցմահ զատազրկման դատապարտեց երկրի Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին ղեկավար Իլքեր Բաշբուղին, ինչպես նաեւ տասնյակ այլ գեներալների, պատգամավորների ու լրագրողների՝ տարիներ առաջ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանի կառավարության դեմ հեղաշրջում նախապատրաստելու համար):

Թուրքիայում ձախողված ռազմական հեղաշրջումից հետո երկրի իշխանությունները հող են նախապատրաստում Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպման գործում Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենին և նրա ղեկավարած գյուլենական շարժմանը մեղադրելու մեջ: Ուշագրավ է, որ Դինքի սպանության գործով հետաքննություն վարող դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն երկրում գյուլենականների դեմ գործողություններ սկսելուց անմիջապես հետո դատարանին ուղարկած գրության մեջ Դինքի ս պանության մասին ասել է, թե դա «հուլիսի 15-ի ձախողված ռազմական հեղաշրջմանը տանող գործընթացում այդ նպատակովարձակված առաջին փամփուշտն է»:
