96.400 մարդ Հայաստանում աշխատանք է փնտրում

Մեր երկրի անկախության ողջ ընթացքում սոցիալ-տնտեսական առավել առանցքային խնդիրներից մեկը եղել է և առ այսօր շարունակում է մնալ գործազրկության բարձր մակարդակը: Եթե զարգացած երկրներում գործազրկությունն առավելապես ժամանակավոր բնույթի է և առավելագույնը հասնում է 5-7%-ի, ապա մեր դեպքում այդ ցուցանիշը մոտ է 20 % սահմանաչափին: Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ մեր երկրում աշխատանք փնտրողների թիվը կազմում է 96.4 հազար: Շարունակում է բարձր մնալ հատկապես գործազուրկ կանանց թիվը: Տոկոսային հարաբերակցությամբ այս թիվը կազմում է 18 %, ինչը 1,1 տոկոսով կրճատվել է 2015-ի ցուցանիշի համեմատ: Այս կրճատումը որոշ չափով պայմանավորված է նաև Հայաստանում բնակչության ընդհանուր քանակի նվազմամբ: Միաժամանակ, տեղին է նշել նաև, որ այս ցուցանիշն իրապես արտահայտում է ոչ թե աշխատանք չունեցողների թիվը, այլ այն մարդկանց, ովքեր գրանցված են Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության տվյալների բազայում` որպես աշխատանք փնտրողներ:
2016 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության օգնությամբ աշխատանքի է տեղավորվել 4757 մարդ, նրանցից 3112-ը` կին: Ներկայացնելով ընթացիկ տարվա տվյալները՝ նշենք, որ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աշխատանքի տեղավորման ցուցանիշն աճել է 4.2 տոկոսով:
Ինչ վերաբերում է աշխատաշուկայում պահանջարկ վայելող մասնագիտություններին, ապա այսօր Հայաստանում անհրաժեշտ են բարձրագույն կրթություն ունեցող բժիշկներ, տնտեսագետներ, ծրագրավորողներ, ճարտարագետներ, հաշվապահներ, դասավանդողներ, մենեջերներ, գործակալներ, համակարգչային մասնագետներ: Միջին մասնագիտականներից առավել պահանջված են բուժքույրերը, դեղագետները, դեղագործները, ֆինանսների ու առևտրի բնագավառի միջին մասնագետները, մատուցողները, խոհարարները, հացթուխները, վարսահարդարները, ավտոէլեկտրիկները, էլեկտրիկները, կարողները, վարորդները, փականագործները, դերձակները, շինարարական ու բանվորական այլ մասնագիտությունների տեր անձինք:
Հավելենք նաև, որ գործազրկության ոլորտն այն ենթաճյուղերից է, որը երբեք չի կարգավորվում տարատեսակ վերլուծությունների կամ հաշավարկների արդյունքում: Դրա կարգավորման համար անհրաժեշտ են հստակ և ուղղորդված քայլեր, որոնք միտված կլինեն նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը, իսկ խնդրի կարգավորման հետ զուգագեռ կկարգավորվեն ինչպես սոցիալական, այնպես էլ տնտեսական մի շարք խնդիրներ:
