Շավարշ Քոչարյանը ՄԽ համանախագահների առաջիկա հանդիպումից լուրջ ակնկալիքներ չունի

 ՀՀ  արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը լուրջ ակնկալիքներ չունի Մոսկվայում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների առաջիկա հանդիպումից: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Շավարշ Քոչարյանը նկատեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում առաջընթաց չի արձանագրվում մի շատ պարզ պատճառով. կողմերից Ադրբեջանը նույնիսկ սեղանի շուրջ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններն է կոպտորեն խախտում։

«Քսան տարուց ավելի է մենք այս գործընթացի մեջ ենք: Պարբերաբար լինում են հանդիպումներ, բայց բոլորդ գիտեք, որ Ադրբեջանը խախտում է նույնիսկ այն պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք սեղանի շուրջ են ձեռք բերվել: Ասվածի վառ վկայությունը Վիեննայում և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումներն են, որոնց ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել` պահպանել կայունություն շփման գծում, սակայն իրականում Ադրբեջանն, ըստ էության, խախտում է պայմանավորվածությունները»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասց Քոչարյանը՝ նշելով, թե հենց այս հարցի շուրջ էլ հերթական անգամ քննարկում կունենան:

Հարցին՝  ակնկալիքներ չկա՞ն առաջիկա հանդիպումից, Շավարշ Քոչարյանը պատասխանեց.  «Ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ, երբ նույն պրոցեսի մեջ ենք 20 տարուց ավելի: Ակնկալիք կարող է լինել այն դեպքում, երբ Ադրբեջանը փոխի իր ապակառուցողական մոտեցումը: Տրամաբանական է. քանի կրակում են, քանի սադրում են, անհնար է  կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցություններում արձանագրել առաջընթաց»:

Լրագրողները փոխնախարարից  հետաքրքրվեցին նաև քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանի՝ ՌԴ տարածք մուտքի արգելքից: «Ցանկացած երկրի իրավունքն է առանց որևէ բացատրության համապատասխան քայլեր կիրառել, դա Վիեննայի կոնվենցիայից է բխում, բայց այս դեպքը արտառոց է այն առումով , որ առաջին անգամ է, որ Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան հարաբերություններում այդպիսի բան է տեղի ունենում, այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք դիմել ենք Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն  և սպասում ենք համապատասխան գործողությունների»,- ասաց Քոչարյանը:
Խոսելով Հայաստանի և Արցախի մ իջև  ռազմական փոխօգնության պայմանագրի մասին՝ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց. «Նախագիծը պատրաստ է, բայց դա Արցախի և Հայաստանի բարձր ղեկավարության որոշելու հարցն է»:
