վկիանոսի գլոբալ տաքանալու պատճառով տարածվում են այնպիսի հիվանդություններ, որոնք կարող են սպառնալիք ներկայացնել կենդանիների եւ մարդկանց համար: 12 երկրներից 80 գիտնականներ այս եզրակացության են եկել ուսումնասիրության մեջ, որն անցկացվել Է Բնության պահպանության եւ բնական պաշարների միջազգային միության (IUCN) րջանակներում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:

Գիտնականների եզրակացության համաձայն՝ օվկիանոսները 1970-ական թվականներից ի վեր կլանել են մոլորակի ջերմաստիճանի ընդհանուր աճի 93 տոկոսը: Համաշխարհային օվկիանոսը դարձել Է գլոբալ տաքացման յուրատեսակ վահան: 

Սակայն դա ամբողջովին փոխել Է օվկիանոսի կյանքի համակարգը: Կլիմայի փոփոխման պատճառով պլանկտոնը, մեդուզաները, կրիաները եւ ծովային թռչունները դուրս են մղվում այն վայրեր, որտեղ առաջներում նրանք չԷին կարողանում ապրել չափազանց ցածր ջերմաստիճանների պատճառով: 

Այդ գործընթացների պատճառով, օրինակ, փոխվում Է ձկնորսության ավանդական վայրերը, ինչն սպառնում Է աշխարհի պարենային անվտանգությանը:

Մոլորվում են նաեւ կենդանիներն իրենք, օրինակ, կետերը կամ թռչունները չեն կարողանում կերակուր հայթայթել դրա համար ավանդական վայրերում: Թռչունները չեն կարողանում ձուկ բռնել բնակալման իրենց ավանդական վայրերի կողքին:

Դրա հետեւանքներից մեկն Էլ արեւադարձային տարբեր հիվանդությունների տարածումն Է դրանց համար նոր տարածաշրջաններում, նախազգուշացնում են գիտնականները:

Բացի այդ, ջերմաստիճանի աճի հետեւանքով կարող Է տեղի ունենալ ջրավազանների վարակում՝ ջրիմուռների ծաղկմամբ, բուստերի գունազրկում եւ եղանակային Էքստրեմալ երեւույթներ:  

Գիտնականները վստահ են, որ նույնիսկ եթե մարդկությունը կարողանա գլուխ հանել ջերմոցային գազերի աճից, համաշխարհային օվկիանոսի փոփոխման գործընթացը կշարունակվի:

Զեկույցում համաշխարհային օվկիանոսի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումն անվանում են «մեր սերնդի ամենագլխավոր գաղտնի մարտահրավերը»:
