ԵԽ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը հանդիպել է ՄԻԵԴ-ի նախագահի հետ

Եվրոպայի Խորհրդում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը սեպտեմբերի 2-ին հանդիպել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի (ՄԻԵԴ) նախագահ Գիդո Ռայմոնդիի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հ ասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Կարևորելով ԵԽ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության համակարգում Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի առանցքային նշանակությունը՝ ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում ՄԻԵԴ դերակատարությունը և մշտապես աջակցել է դրա արդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված բարեփոխումների իրականացմանը։ ՀՀ դեսպանը հավելեց, որ Հայաստանը վերջերս վավերացրել է «Մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների պաշտպանության մասին» կոնվենցիան փոփոխող 15-րդ արձանագրություն ը, որով բարեփոխվում են ՄԻԵԴ աշխատանքները։

Դատարանի նախագահը, շնորհավորելով Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցչին նշանակման կապակցությամբ, համառոտ ներկայացրեց դատարանում ընթացող բարեփոխումները և առկա մարտահրավերները։ Զրուցակիցները համակարծիք էին, որ ՄԻԵԴ աշխատանքների բարելավելու գործում էական դերակատարություն ունեցան նաև կոնվենցիայի մասնակից երկրները։ Կարևորվեց ներպետական մակարդակում Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի արդյունավետ կիրառումը և բարձրագույն դատական ատյանների միջև արդյունավետ երկխոսության անցկացումը։ 

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան նաև Հայա ստանի դեմ ներկայացված դիմումների ընթացիկ վիճակագրության և հիմնական միտումներին»։
