Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը դասախոսել է ԵՊՀ ուսանողների առջև

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը սեպտեմբերի 5-ին ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ ավանդական դասախոսությամբ հանդես եկավ Երևանի պետական համալսարանի միջազգային հարաբերությունների ֆակուլտետի առաջին կուրսեցիների և պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմի առջև: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ներկաներին շնորհավորեց նոր ուսումնական տարվա առթիվ և նրանց մաղթեց բեղմնավոր ուսումնակար տարի։ Խոսքն ուղղելով առաջին կուրսեցիներին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը բարի երթ մաղթեց Մայր ԲՈՒՀ-ի ամենահեղինակավոր ֆակուլտետներից մեկի ուսանողներին:
Իր ելույթում և հարցերին պատասխանելիս Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ներկայացրեց միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային մի շարք հիմնախնդիրների և դրանց լուծումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի մոտեցումները։
Արտգործնախարարը խոսեց ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծած լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիայի, դրա հետևանքների հաղթահարմանն ուղղված ջանքերի մասին: Հանգամանալից անդրադարձ կատարվեց Վիեննայում և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգում կայացած գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին: Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը շեշտեց, որ դրանց կյանքի կոչումը համապատասխան պայմաններ կձևավորի խաղաղ գործընթացն առաջ մղելու համար:
Նախարար Նալբանդյանն անդրադարձավ Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչմանն ու դատապարտման ուղղված հայկական դիվանագիտության ջանքերին, ինչպես նաև միջազգային բեմահարթակում ցեղասպանությունների և մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման գործընթացում Հայաստանի առաջնորդող դերատակարությանը։ Այդ համատեքստում նախարար Նալբանդյանը կանգ առավ 2015թ. և 2016թ. Երևանում անցակացված «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության» գլոբալ ֆորումներին:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ուսանողներին պատմեց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների զարգացման, ԱՄՆ հետ բարեկամական գործընկերության խորացման, Եվրոպական միության հետ համագործակցության ամրապնդման, հարևան Վրաստանի և Իրանի հետ բարիդրացիական փոխգործակցության զարգազման, այլ գործընկեր երկրների հետ կապերի ընդլայնման նպատակով ձեռնարկվող քայլերի մասին։
Արտգործնախարարն անդրադարձավ տարբեր միջազգային կառույցներում և գործընթացներում Հայաստանի ակտիվ ներգրավվածությանը, տնտեսական համգործակցության ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ հայկական դիվանագիտության կողմից իրականացվող քայլերին։
