Որդու կողմից մոր սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործ. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 54-ամյա կնոջ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ, կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 3-ին՝ ժամը 09:50-ին, Լուսաղբյուր համայնքի ղեկավարից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ գյուղի տներից մեկում հայտնաբերվել է կնոջ դիակ։
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և պարզել, որ մահացածը 1962 թ. ծնված Հայկուշ Սարգսյանն է, ում դիակի վրա հայտնաբերվել են բռնության հետքեր։
Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ կինը բնակվել է իր խորթ որդու հետ։ Վերջիններս Լուսաղբյուր գյուղ են տեղափոխվել Գյումրիից օգոստոսին՝ անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու նպատակով։ Դեպքի օրը նա տանը գտնվել է որդու հետ միասին, ով, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանելով, տարբեր հարվածներ է հասցրել կնոջ մերմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել, որի ժամանակ մանրամասն ցուցմունք է տվել դեպքի հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ և զղջացել կատարվածի համար։
Քրեական գործով հարցաքննվել են մի շարք վկաներ, նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: Ստուգվել է տղամարդու սթափությունը և սթափության վիճակի զննության թիվ 35 արձանագրության համաձայն` նրա արտաշնչած 1լ օդի մեջ պարունակվել է 0.74 մգ ալկոհոլ: Հարցումներ են ուղարկվել համապատասխան բուժհաստատություններ՝ տուժողի և կասկածյալի հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ տառապելու հանգամանքը պարզելու նպատակով:
