Մեծ Բրիտանիա։ Մեծ Բրիտանիայում կրթությունը համարվում է աշխարհում լավագույններից և ամենաթանկերից մեկը։ Բայց օտարերկրացի տաղանդավոր ուսանողներին երկիրը պատրաստ է բավական լուրջ գումար հատկացնել ապրելու համար։ Օտարերկրացի ուսանողներին թոշակներ առաջարկում են երկրի ավելի քան 40 համալսարաններ, այդ թվում՝ Օքսֆորդը և Արվեստների Լոնդոնյան դպրոցը։ Օրինակ՝ Օքսֆորդի համալսարանում էկոնոմիկայի մագիստրոսական ծրագրի համար նախատեսված թոշակը կազմում է 20 հազար ֆունտ ստեռլինգ յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար։ Գոյություն ունի նաև Բրիտանիայի կառավարության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող հայտնի Chevening ծրագիր, որը, բացի ամենամյա թոշակից և կրթության վճարից, ներառում է նաև վիզայի և թռիչքի ծախսերը։

 

2. Գերմանիա։ Գերմանիան հետաքրքրված է որոշ ոլորտներում մասնագետների ներգրավմամբ։ Օրինակ՝ DAAD ծրագրի շրջանակներում կան առանձին ուղղություններ նրանց համար, ովքեր ուսումնասիրում են ճարտարապետություն, դիզայն կամ էկոնոմիկա։ Թոշակի չափը կազմում է մոտավորապես 750 եվրո ամսական։

3. ԱՄՆ։ Աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում գոյություն ունի «Fulbright» ծրագիրը, որը թոշակ է վճարում 30 տարեկանից ոչ մեծ մասնագետներին՝ նրանց, ով ավարտել է բուհը կամ սովորում է վերջին կուրսում։ Թոշակի չափը կազմում է ամսական 2500-2900 դոլար։

4. Ֆրանսիա։ Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությունն ունի հատուկ ծրագիր, որը կօգնի օտարերկրացի ուսանողներին կրթություն ստանալ Ֆրանսիայի համալսարանների մագիստրատուրայում։ Ամսական թոշակի չափը կազմում է 767 եվրո, ինչին գումարվում է նաև կրթավճարը, բժշկական ապահովագրությունը, վիզան։

5. Շվեդիա։ Շվեդիայում գործում է «Visby» ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում վճարում են ուսման վարձը և ամսական թոշակ։

6. Նիդեռլանդներ։ «Orange Tulip Scholarship» ծրագրի շրջանակներում հնարավոր է կրթություն ստանալ Նիդեռլանդներում։ Ծրագրին մասնակցում է 18 համալսարան, որոնք առաջարկում են ուսման վարձավճարի մի մասի կամ ամբողջական վճարում։
