ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում կայացել է ԼՂՀ հռչակման 25-ամյակին նվիրված ընդունելություն

ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում սեպտեմբերի 2-ին տեղի է ունեցել ընդունելություն՝ նվիրված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հռչակման 25-ամյակին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության մամուլի ծառայությունից՝ հավելելով. «Միջոառմանը մասնակցել են ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության անձնակազմը, Մոսկվայում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության և ՌԴ-ում հավատարմագրված ՀՀ ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարներն ու աշխատակիցները, ԵԱՏՄ-ում, ԱՊՀ-ում և տարածաշրջանային այլ կառույցներում ՀՀ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչները, Ռուսաստանում հայերի միության և այլ համայնքային կառույցների ղեկավարները, լրագրողներ և երիտասարդության ներկայացուցիչներ:
Միջոցառման սկզբում աղոթքով հանդես է եկել ՀԱԵ Ռուսաստանի և Նոր Նախիջևանի Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Եզրաս արքեպիսկոպոս Ներսիսյանը:
ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանը ներկաներին ուղղված իր խոսքում շնորհավորելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հռչակման 25-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ՝ ընդծել է, որ Արցախի և ազատատենչ մեր ողջ ժողովրդի ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարն իր լիարժեք մարմնավորումն է ստացել երկրորդ հայկական պետության՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հռչակման և կայացման մեջ՝ որպես այդ պայքարի օրինաչափ և անվիճելի արդյունք: «Արցախյանգոյամարտն, անկասկած, հայոց նորագույն պատմության< /b> ամենափառավոր էջն է, որը համախմբել է նաևաշխարհով սփռված համայն հայությանը: Այսօր մենք գլուխ ենք խոնարհում Արցախի անկախության համարզոհված բոլոր նահատակների սուրբ հիշատակի առջև, ինչպես նաև բարձր գնահատում ԼՂՀ իշխանություններիղեկավարությամբ ամենատարբեր սերունդների ներկ այացուցիչների նվիրական աշխատանքը երեկ և այսօր՝գիտակցելով, որ ներկայի և անցյալի նկատմամբ մեր երախտագիտությունն ու խղճի մաքրությունը պայծառապագային հասնելու համար գիտակցված անհրաժեշտություն է», - նշել է ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանը:
Օլեգ Եսայանը համոզմունք է հայտնել նաև, որ ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ ղեկավարության հետևողական և սկզբունքային ջանքերն ուղղված Արցախի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորմանը վերջին հաշվով կհանգեցնեն ԼՂՀ միջազգային ճանաչմանը: Դեսպանը հիշատակել է նաև ՀՀ նախագահի շնորհավորական ուղերձում նշված խոսքերն առ այն, որ «ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի լուծման հարցում չկա ռազմական ճանապարհ, կա քաղաքական ճանապարհ»:
Միջոցառման ավարտին տեղի է ունեցել նաև ներկաների միջև մտքերի փոխանակում՝ Արցախի անցած 25 տարիների շուրջ»:
