Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը թեժ գծով ամռանը ստացել է ավելի քան 11 հազար հեռախոսազանգ

Երևանի բնակիչներին մտահոգող հարցերին ծանոթանալու և դրանց հնարավորին արագ լուծումներ տալու նպատակով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջաններում գործող «Թեժ գծի» հեռախոսահամարներն օրվա ընթացքում ստանում են բազմաթիվ հեռախոսազանգեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում գործող «Թեժ գծի» 514-000 հեռախոսահամարով 2016թ. երրորդ եռամսյակում ստացվել է 11602 հեռախոսազանգ, որից միայն 4389-ը՝ օգոստոսին: Բարձրացված հարցերից 1569-ին տրվել է փաստաթղթային ընթացք: Բարձրացված բոլոր հարցերը, որոնք քաղաքապետարանի լիազորությունների շրջանակում են եղել, ուղղորդվել են համապատասխան ստորաբաժանում և ստացել իրենց լուծումները: Ի դեպ նշենք, որ հարցերի զգալի մասը կոմունալ-կենցաղային բնույթի են եղել:
Վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերում գործող «Թեժ գծի» հեռախոսահամարներով ամռան երեք ամիսներին ստացվել է 957 հեռախոսազանգ: Բարձրացված հարցերը լուծվել կամ սպառիչ պատասխաններ են ստացել: Նշենք նաև, որ հարցերի լուծման համար սահմանված է կատարման մեկօրյա ժամկետ: Այն խնդիրներն ու հարցերը, որոնք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի իրավասությունից դուրս են եղել, ուղղվել են համապատասխան լիազոր մարմիններ:
1-08 շուրջօրյա «Թեժ գծի» հեռախոսահամարով քաղաքապետարանի իրավասության շրջանակում ամռան ընթացքում ստացված 945 հեռախոսազանգերով բարձրացված խնդիրները նույնպես սահմանված ժամկետում պատասխանվել կամ լուծում են ստացել:
