Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը խորհուրդ է տալիս սպասել Խոսրովի արգելոցի հրդեհի պատճառի իրավապահների հետաքննության արդյունքներին

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը «Խոսրովի անտառ» արգելոցում բռնկված հրդեհի առաջացման պատճառների իրավապահների հետաքննությանն է սպասում:«Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գեներալ-մայոր Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր հրդեհի դեպքում նվազագույնը 10 օր է պետք, որպեսզի ստացվեն բոլոր տեսակի հետազոտությունների արդյունքները:«Բազմիցս հայտարարվել է, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակներում ամենաանշնորհակալ գործը վարկածներ առաջ քաշելն է: Վարկած առաջ են քաշում իրավապահները, ովքեր էլ գնում են դրանց հերքման կամ հաստատման ճանապարհով: Իհարկե, կարելի է ասել ինչ-որ մեկը ծխախոտ էր գցել, անկազմակերպ քեֆ էր եղել, հրկիզում էր, շատ բան կարելի է ասել, բայց միայն հետաքննությունից հետո իրական պատճառը կբացահայտվի»,-ասաց Նիկոլայ Գրիգ որյանը` պատասխանելով դիտարկմանը, թե շրջանառվում է վարկած, ըստ որի ինչ-որ մեկը ծխախոտի գլանակ է նետել չոր խոտածածկ տարածքի վրա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցադրմանը, թե ինչու երկար ժամանակ պահանջվեց կրակը մարելու համար, Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը դա կապեց այն բանի հետ, որ հրդեհը բռնկվել է չոր խոտածածկ տարածքում, որը նաև անմատչելի վայր էր, դրանց ավելացել է նաև ուժեղ քամին: «Պատկերացնում եք, հրշեջները հանգցնում էին, իսկ կրակը նորից բռնկվում էր, մեկուսացման օջախներով հնարավոր եղավ հանգցնել»,-ավելացրեց պաշտոնյան:

«Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցի «Գյոլասորի» հատվածի խոտածածկ հատվածում օգոստոսի 30-ին ժամը 3.00-իսահմաններում հրդեհ է բռնկվել: Հրդեհի փաստն արգելոցի աշխատակիցների կողմից արձանագրվել է 5:00-ին: Հրդեհը հաջողվել էմեկուսացնել 9:00-ի սահմաններում, սակայն բարձրացած քամու պատ ճառով ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում այն կրկին բռնկվել է:Հրդեհի հետևանքով այրվել է արգելոցի մոտավորապես 15 հա խոտածածկ տարածք: 

Հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին ներգրավվել  են «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի 40 աշխատակից և ՀՀարտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տարածքային ստորաբաժանման 30 հրշեջ-փրկարար: «Խոսրովի անտառ պետականարգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի պահպանության բաժնի կողմից տեղում հայտնաբերվել է հրդեհի պատճառ հանդիսացող՝ Կապան քաղաքի 56-ամյա բնակիչ Ա. Առաքելյանը:
