Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանը կոչ է արել հայկական բանակին ազատագրել կորցրած տարածը

«Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը նամակով դիմել է հայկական բանակին՝ կոչ անելով օր առաջ ազատագրել կորցրած տարածքը, վերահաստատվել նախկին հենակետերում եւ վերականգնել մեր արժանապատվությանը հասցված վնասը:
«Հայկական բանակի քաջարի զինվորնե՛ր եւ սպանե՛ր։ Ուղիղ 5 ամիս առաջ՝ ապրիլի 2-ին, հակառակորդը Արցախի հատվածում հարձակվեց մեր Հայրենիքի վրա, սպանեց ավելի քան 100 զինծառայող ու խաղաղ բնակիչ, գրավեց Հայկական բանակի 18 մարտական հենակետ եւ զավթեց ավելի քան 8 միլիոն քառակուսի մետր տարածք։
Կատարվածը պետք չէ համեմատել 1992-94 թթ․ ամենօրյա պատերազմում տեղի ունեցածի հետ, որտեղ բազմաթիվ հենակետեր պարբերաբար ձեռքից ձեռք էին անցնում։ Ապրիլի 2-ին կորցրած հենակետերը մեզ համար մի քանի օրվա կամ ամսվա հենակետեր չեն եղել, այլ բազմաթիվ հայ նահատակների արյունով շաղախված հայրենի տարածք, որը, միեւնույն ժամանակ, 22 տարի լինելով մեր վերահսկողության ներքո, հակառակորդի հոգեբանական ընկալման մեջ արմատավորվել էր որպես հայկական անառիկ ամրոցի տարածք։
Հայաստանյան գաղութային վարչակազմի պարագլուխ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, գործելով պայմանավորված պատերազմի միջոցով ազատագրված տարածքները հանձնելու դիտավորությամբ, ոչ միայն արգելեց վերականգնել երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, այլեւ, ըստ էության հակառակորդին օժանդակեց պահպանելու զավթած տարածքն ու խուսափելու միջազգային պատասխանատվությունից՝ փաստացի կատարելով հայրենիքի դավաճանություն։
Որպես արդյունք՝ 2 տասնամյակ առաջ հակառակորդին ծնկի բերած ժողովուրդն ու բանակը տարածք եւ կյանքեր կորցնելուց բացի, նաեւ մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը խոցող հարված ստացան։ Իսկ խոցված արժանապատվությունը, բավարարում չստանալով, կարող է բարդույթներ ձեւավորել եւ ընկճել բանակի մարտական ոգին ու պատրասկամությունը, ինչը պարտության դուռ բացելու վտանգ է առաջացնում։
Ստեղծված իրավիճակը իրական եւ լուրջ սպառնալիք է։ Այսօրվա հարաբերական անդորրը խաբուսիկ է։ Թշնամին չի հրաժարվել Արցախը եւ ամբողջ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը գրավելու ծրագրից եւ, ոգեւորված ձեռք բերածով, շարունակում է օր ու գիշեր պատրաստվել այն իրագործելու համար։
Այդ պատճառով հայկական բանակը պետք է օր առաջ ազատագրի կորցրած տարածքը, վերահաստատվի նախկին հենակետերում եւ վերականգնի մեր արժանապատվությանը հասցված վնասը։

Իրավիճակը ստանդարտ չէ, ուստի պետք է գործել ոչ ստանդարտ տրամաբանությամբ եւ ազգադավ Սերժ Սարգսյանից թույլտվություն կամ հրաման սպասելու փոխարեն գործել ինքնուրույն՝ զուգահեռաբար խափանելով նաեւ մեր երկիրը գաղութացնելու եւ Արցախը մեզանից օտարելու աշխարհաքաղաքական ծրագրերը»։
