Մեղադրանք առջադրված չէ Գասպարյանի թիկնազորի պետ Արշակ Հակոբյանի ու թիկնազորի ներկայացուցիչ Գագիկի՝ «Նասկիի» նկատմամբ .«Չորրորդ իշխանություն»

«Ինչպես հայտնի է, օգոստոսի 31-ին Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանս նոր տեղեկություններ հաղորդեց հուլիսի լույս 30-ի գիշերը Երևան քաղաքի Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործի մասին։ ՀՔԾ հաղորդագրությունը բավականին մեծ էր ու մանրամասն, բայց մեր ուշադրությունը գրավեց հատկապես հետևյալ կտորը. «քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական լայնածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում առերևույթ հանցագործություններ կատարելու, այդ թվում լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու համար նախաքննության այս փուլում քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացվում արդեն 6 անձանց նկատմամբ։ Նրանցից 4-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել խմբով խուլիգանություն կատարելու և լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու համար, և նրանց նկատմամբ մինչ դատական վարույթում որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը, իսկ 2 անձանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու համար, նրանց նկատմամբ ընտրվել է անազատության մեջ պահելու հետ չկապված խափանման միջոց»։ «ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով՝ մեղադրանք առաջադրված 4 անձինք որևէ առնչություն չունեն այդ օրվա դեպքերի, ավելի որոշակի՝ այդ օրը իրականացված խուլիգանությունների հետ։ Գործը «կարելու» համար պարզապես գտնվել են մարդիկ, որոնք կարող էին ամեն ինչ վերցնել իրենց վրա։ Ի դեպ այս պահին որևէ մեղադրանք առաջադրված չէ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի թիկնազորի պետ Արշակ Հակոբյանի ու ոստիկանապետի թիկնազորի ներկայացուցիչ Գագիկի (մականունը՝ «Նասկի») նկատմամբ։ Մինչդեռ այս մարդիկ ակտիվ մասնակցություն են ունեցել այդ օրվա դեպքերին: Անգամ հասցրել են, պատկերացնում եք, վիրավորվեր: Խոսակցություններ կան, որ «Նասկին» լրագրողների կյանք է փորձել փրկել ու վիրավորվել է»,–գրում է թերթը։
