Հետաքրքիր դեպք պատահեց ֆրանսիական Ռիբովիլլե քաղաքում։ Մեղվապահն ապշել էր՝ տեսնելով, որ մեղուները սկսել են գույնզգույն մեղր պատրաստել։ Այդ տարօրինակության պատճառը պարզվեց ոչ միանգամից։ Բնակավայրից մի քանի կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա էր գտնվում հայտնի M&M՛S կոնֆետների գործարանը։ Պարզվեց, որ արտադրական թափոններին արկղերն ամուր փակված չեն եղել, և մեղուներին հաջողվել է սողոսկել դրանց մեջ, ու արդյունքում գույնզգույն մեղր են արտադրել։
