Հիմնարար մոտեցումների վրա չհիմնված ցանկացած տնտեսություն և տնտեսական համակարգ չի կարող ապագա ունենալ: ԵՊՀ տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետի ուսանողների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը: «Այդպիսի հիմնարար մոտեցում Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությամբ արդեն իսկ ամրագրված է: Այդ սահմանադ րական ձևակերպումը տվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տնտեսավարման կարգը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տնտեսությունը պետք է լինի սոցիալական, շուկայական կողմնորոշման. սա սահմանադրական պահանջ է: Սա հենց այնպես արված արտահայտություն չէ, սա դոկտրին է, որը պետք է իր ճյուղավորումը տա բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ սկսած պարզ տնայնագործական գործունեությունից, ավարտած խոշոր արդյունաբերական գործունեությամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց նախարարը:

Մինասյանի խոսքով՝ ամենակարևոր ոլորտը, որտեղ Հայաստանն ունի մրցակցային առավելություն և որի հիման վրա պետք է կարողանա զարգացնել տնտեսական ոլորտները, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաներն են: «Դրա ամենավառ օրինակը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաներն են, որտեղ Հայաստանը յուրաքանչյուր տարի 20-25 տոկոս աճ է արձանագրում: Սա բավականին բարձր ցուցանիշ է: Հավատացեք, տեղեկատվական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում առաջանցիկ զարգացումը պետք է տարածվի հասարակական, տնտեսական կյանքի բոլոր ուղղություններում, այդ թվում՝ կրթության ոլորտում: Առաջիկայում դուք կտեսնեք նա և դրա դրսևորումն այստեղ, երբ բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների նորարարական լուծումների տարբերակները կկիրառվեն նաև կրթական համակարգում»,- եզրափակեց Մինասյանը:
