Թուրքական Sozcu պարբերականի սյունակագիր Ջան Աթաքլըն ներկայացրել է Թուրքիայի նախագահին ՌԴ նախագահի 7 պայմանները, որոնց մասին իմացել է Կրեմլի վերլուծաբաններից մեկից։
1.Ասադին այսուհետ ընդունեք
Հենց սկզբից Սիրիայի հարցով ձեր քաղաքականությունը սխալ է գնացել։ Ձեր հաշվարկն արել էիք, որ Ասադը գնալու է, սակայն սխալվեցիք։ Մենք աջակցում ենք Ասադին, դուք էլ այսուհետ ճանաչեք Ասադին։
2.Ղարաբաղի հարցում զուսպ եղեք
Ղարաբաղը մեր համար կարեւոր է։ Ձեր համար էլ Ադրբեջանի պատճառով է կարեւոր։ Դա գիտեքն, բայց պետք է զուսպ գործեք։ Մեզ հետ հակառակվելով՝ այդ հարցի լուծումն ավելի եք բարդացնում։
3. Թողեք Ղրիմն ու Կովկասը
Ղրիմում պատմական իրադարձությունների հիման վրա մեր դեմ գործողներին աջակցում եք։ Նույն բանն անում եք Կովկասի երկրներում։ Մենք դրանք ուշադիր հետեւում ենք։ Դուք սխալ եք անում։ Դրանք մեր հարաբերությունները վատացնում են, ոչ թե լավացնում։
4. Ձեր ձեռքերը քաշեք 4 երկրներից
Թուրքմենստանը, Ղազախստանը, Ղրղըզստանն ու Ուզբեկստանը մեր միության անդամ երկրներ են։ Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ ձեր գործակալներն այդ երկրի ժողովուրդներին փորձում են մեր դեմ հանել։ Արդեն հրաժարվեք դրանից։ Մենք դա ձեզ թույլ չենք տա։
5. Սիրիայի քրդական PYD-ն մեզ համար կարեւոր է
Երբ Սիրիայում հիմնական վտանգը ԻՊ-ն է եւ նմանատիպ այլ ահաբեկչական կառույցները, դուք ձեր ուշադրությունը սեւեռել եք քրդական PYD-ի վրա։ Իմացեք, որ մեզ համար PYD-ն կարեւոր է։ Ձեր քայլերն անելուց սա հաշվի առեք, այլապես անցանկալի իրադարձությունների կլինեն տարածաշրջանում։
6. Փակեք ձեր սահմանները ահաբեկիչների առաջ
Այսուհետ դադարեցրեք Սիրիա ուղարկել զենք ու զինամթերք։ Ձեր սահմանները բաց են ահաբեկչական կառույցների ու ՌԴ-ի շահերի դեմ շարժվողների առաջ։ Փակեք ձեր սահմանները եւ կանխեք ահաբեկիչների շարժը։
7․ Ձեր նախարարներն իրենց խոսքերին թող ուշադրություն դարձնեն
Երկու երկրների միջեւ հարաբերություններում փոխադարձ վստահությունն ու անկեղծությունը կարեւոր են։ Հասկանում ենք, որ որոշ հայտարարություններ ներքին լսարանի համար են, սակայն որոշ նախարարների ու պաշտոնյաների հայտարարությունները մեր համար անհանգստացնող են։ Իսկ օդանավը խոցելուց հետո որոշ նախարարների հայտարարությունները մոռացվողներից չեն։ Սրանից հետո ավելի ուշադիր եղեք։
