ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Կարեն Անդրեասյանը մտահոգված է էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի հնարավոր բարձրացմամբ: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Կարեն Անդրեասյանը նշեց, որ ինքն արդեն համապատասխան գրություն է ուղարկել Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանին: «Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ մի շարք կարևոր հարցադրումներ եմ բարձրացրել:
Սակայն մի կարևոր հարց կա, որի մասին դեռ այդքան չի խոսվում: Ըստ օրենքի կա գործընթաց, որ նման դեպքերում պետք է լինի հանրային քննարկում: Ես պարոն Նազարյանին հարց եմ ուղղել, թե ի՞նչ ֆորմատով է լինելու այդ քննարկումը, որպեսզի լինի պատշաճ գործընթաց: Գործընթացներն ուսումնասիրելուց հետո միայն մենք կանդրադառնանք բովանդակային հարցերին: Չնայած արդեն իսկ պարոն Նազարյանին բովանդակային հարցեր ուղարկել եմ, սակայն, կոռեկտությունից ելնելով, չեմ բարձրաձայնի այդ հարցերի մասին և կսպասեմ պատասխաններին»,- նշեց Կարեն Անդրեասյանը:
Հարցին, թե էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման հայտում մարդու իրավունքների խախտում տեսնո՞ւմ է, Անդրեասյանը պատասխանեց. «Ցանկացած դեպքում, եթե հայտը ողջամիտ չի ներկայացվել, որտեղ կան ծախսեր, որոնք չպետք է լինեն, և մեր պետական մարմինները դրանք պատշաճ չեն ուսումնասիրի և համապատասխան գնահատականներ չեն տրվի, կլինի խախտում: Պետական մարմինները պետք է ուսումնասիրեն հայտը, տեսնեն այդ ծախսերը գալիս են քաղաքացիների հաշվին ճոխություններ վայելելուց, թե գալիս են նրանից, որ եթե դա չվճարեն, մենք կհայտնվենք մթության մեջ: Այս բովանդակային հարցի պատասխանը, կարծում եմ՝ մենք չէ, որ պետք է տանք»,- ասաց նա:
Անդրեասյանն կարծիք հայտնեց, որ կառավարությունն էլ է կիսում նույն դիրքորոշումը:
«Եթե հիմնավորվի, որ արհեստականորեն ինչ-ինչ մարդկանց վատ վարչարարության, ճոխամոլության կամ այլ պատճառներով բարձրացվում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը, դա կլինի մարդու իրավունքների խախտում»,- եզրափակեց Անդրեասյանը:
