«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. ««Ոսկե զավակներին» տեղավորելու երեւույթը թափանցել է Հայաստանի բոլոր ոլորտներ: Արդյունքում պաշտոնները սկսել են նաեւ «ժառանգել»: Երեւանի օլիմպիական հերթափոխի պետական մարզական քոլեջի տնօրենի պաշտոնը արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ զբաղեցնում է Արմեն Գաբրիելյանը, որը ՀԱՕԿ փոխնախագահ Դերենիկ Գաբրիելյանի որդին է: Գաբրիելյան կրտսերը իր ներկայիս պաշտոնում փաստացի փոխարինել է իր հորը:

«Ժողովուրդ»-ը Դերենիկ Գաբրիելյանից փորձեց պարզել, թե ինչպես է ստացվել, որ հենց իր որդին է իր նախկին պաշտոնում նշանակվել, եւ արդյոք դրան նպաստել են իր մտերիմ հարաբերությունները ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ:

«Ինքը (Արմեն Գաբրիելյանը,- խմբ.) սկզբից աշխատել է բանվոր, բռնցքամարտով է պարապել, բարձր արդյունքների չհասավ եւ որոշեց զբաղվել մանկավարժությամբ: Ինչպես օրենքն է պահանջել, մասնակցել է մրցույթի, անցել է համապատասխան կուրսեր, հանձնել է քննություններ եւ շահել: Իհարկե, չի նպաստել (Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը,- խմբ.): Ես այնպիսի ճանապարհ եմ անցել, եթե իմ զավակը լինի ոչ արժանի այս պաշտոնին, եւ ես զգայի, որ նա իր պարտականությունները ճիշտ չի կատարում, առաջինը ես դեմ կքվեարկեի»,- ասաց Դերենիկ Գաբրիելյանը:

Հենց խնդիրն էլ այդ է, որ Հայաստանում «ամենաարժանները» պաշտոնյաների զավակներն են, դա է պատճառը, որ հայ երիտասարդներն օտար երկրներում են իրենց տեղն ու դերը փնտրում»:
