Հայաստանում ըմպելիքի եւ ծխախոտի արտադրության ծավալը հուլիսին զգալիորեն կրճատվել է

Հայաստանի ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը (ԱՎԾ) հրապարակել է 2016-ի հուլիսին «Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը» զեկույցը: Նախկինում ԱՎԾ հրապարակած նախնական տվյալներն արդեն իսկ թույլ էին տալիս հայրենական տնտեսության վիճակի որոշակի վատացման եզրակացության հանգել:
Նախ նշենք, որ տարեկան կտրվածքով Համախառն ներքին արդյունքի (ՀՆԱ) աճը երկրորդ եռամսյակում կազմել է ընդամենը 1,5 տոկոս՝ նախորդ եռամսյակի 4,5 տոկոսի դիմաց: ՀՆԱ անկում է գրանցվել գյուղատնտեսության, շինարարության, առեւտրի ճյուղերում: Հուլիսին իրավիճակը չի լավացել. նշված ճյուղերում արտադրանքի ֆիզիկական ծավալը կրճատվել է: Դրան հավելվել է արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի արտադրության աճի նկատելի դանդաղումը՝ մինչեւ 2,8 տոկոս (հունիսին գրանցվել էր 8,9 տոկոս):
Հաշվետու ամսվա ընթացքում «ուշագրավ» իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել արդյունաբերության ոլորտում: Լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերության արտադրանքի եւ բաց հանքավայրերի մշակումների ֆիզիկական ծավալն աճել է 20,6 տոկոսով, իսկ ահա մշակող արդյունաբերության ֆիզիկական ծավալը 4,0 տոկոսով նվազել է: Արդյունքում արդյունաբերության ընդհանուր ցուցանիշի վրա այս ճյուղերից յուրաքանչյուրի ազդեցությունը հավասարապես է արտահայտվել՝ 2,8 տոկոսով: Սակայն առաջին ճյուղի դեպքում դրական նիշով, իսկ երկրորդի՝ բացասական: Վերջնարդյունքում համատեղ ազդեցությունը զրոյական է դարձել: Դա, սակայն, չի նշանակում, որ «զրոյացվել» են նաեւ մշակող արդյունաբերության խնդիրները:
Հուլիսին ըմպելիքների արտադրության ֆիզիկական ծավալը կրճատվել է 20,6 տոկոսով, իսկ ծխախոտի՝ 22,7 տոկոսով: Ինչպես հայտնի է, այդ ճյուղերի (ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքներ եւ սիգարետ) արտադրանքի զգալի մասն արտահանվում է: Այնպես որ, երկնիշ անկումը կապված է այդ ապրանքատեսակների արտահանման խնդիրների հետ:
Բացառված չէ, որ միաժամանակ նվազել է նաեւ այդ ապրանքատեսակների իրացումը ներքին շուկայում: Հուլիսին հանրապետության մանրածախ ապրանքաշրջանառության ֆիզիկական ծավալը տարեկան կտրվածքով նվազել է 6,4 տոկոսով: Ըստ որում՝ խանութների շրջանառությունը կրճատվել է 0,4 տոկոսով, իսկ, օրինակ, «առեւտրի այլ օբյեկտներում»՝ 28,3 տոկոսով: Նշված «այլ օբյեկտները» հիմնականում վառելիքի՝ բենզինի, դիզվառելիքի եւ սեղմված գազի վաճառքով են զբաղվում:
Ուշագրավ է, որ ավտոմեքենայի վաճառքի ֆիզիկական ծավալը (ներառյալ ավտոպահեստամասերի վաճառքը եւ վերանորոգման ծախսերը) ընթացիկ տարվա ընթացքում անշեղորեն աճում է: Հունվար-հուլիսին, օրինակ, վիճակագրական տվյալներով 12,5 տոկոսի աճ է գրանցվել, այդ թվում հուլիսին՝ գրեթե 30 տոկոսով:
