ՄԻՊ աշխատակիցներն այցելել են Անդրիաս Ղուկասյանին

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի Խոշտանգումների և վատ վերաբերմունքի կանխարգելման վարչության մասնագետները 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ին այցելել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ՝ տեսակցելու կալանավորված անձ Անդրիաս Ղուկասյանին:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում նաև նշված է. «Այցելության ընթացքում Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները, Ղուկասյանի գրավոր համաձայնությամբ ուսումնասիրել են վերջինիս բժշկական փաստաթղթերը և ստացել դրանց պատճենները:
Անդրիաս Ղուկասյանը հայտնել է, որ օգոստոսի 27-ին ինքը ենթարկվել է արյան և այլ լաբորատոր հետազոտության, ինչի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ իր կլինիկական ցուցանիշները գտնվում են նորմայի սահմաններում: Նշել է, որ 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 29-ին իր կողմից հրավրված բժշկի կողմից ենթարկվել է սոնոգրաֆիկ հետազոտության, վերցվել են համապատասխան նմուշներ, սակայն հետազոտությունների արդյունքները դեռևս չեն ստացվել:
Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Ա.Ղուկասյանի հետ նախորդ առանձնազրույցների արդյունքները՝ կապված նրա նկատմամբ իրականացվող քրեական հետապնդման և նրան կալանքի տակ պահելու հիմքերի հետ, արդեն իսկ ուղարկվել են քրեական հետապնդման մարմնին:
Անդրիաս Ղուկասյանի առողջական վիճակի հարցը շարունակում է գտնվել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի առաջնահերթ ուշադրության ներքո: Այսուհետ ևս ձեռնարկվելու են օրենքոÕ ¾ նախատեսված բոլոր միջոցները նրա իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու նպատակով»:
