Ճապոնացի պատգամավորը ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն այլընտրանք չի տեսնում

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանն օգոստոսի 31-ին ընդունել է Ճապոնիայի Ազգային դիետի Ճապոնիա-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական բարեկամության լիգայի նախագահ Սեյշիրո Էտոյին ու լիգայի անդամներին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Գալուստ Սահակյանը, ողջունելով հյուրերին Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում, բարձր է գնահատել հայ-ճապոնական հարաբերությունները՝ նշելով, որ դրանք հիմնված են բարեկամության ու փոխվստահության վրա:
Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ հայ-ճապոնական երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգում միջխորհրդարանական ձեւաչափն իր կարեւոր տեղն է զբաղեցնում: Այս համատեքստում Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցությունը կարեւոր միջոց է երկկողմ միջպետական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման ու փոխվստահության ապահովման գործում: Գալուստ Սահակյանը գոհունակությամբ ընդգծել է, որ երկու երկրների խորհրդարաններում գործող բարեկամական խմբերն իրենց գործունեությամբ վերջին տարիներին նպաստել են հայ-ճապոնական միջխորհրդա րանական հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացմանը:
Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը, անդրադառնալով ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմին, նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանն այդ օրերին լայնամասշտաբ գործողություններով կոպտորեն խախտել է զինադադարի պայմանագիրը, ինչի հետեւանքով եղել են բազմաթիվ զոհեր եւ վիրավորներ: «Հայաստանը հաստատակամ է խնդիրը խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորելու հարցում՝ Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի արդար պահանջն իրականացնելու վճռականությամբ»,- ընդգծել է Գալուստ Սահակյանը:
Հյուրերը եւս կարեւորել են երկու երկրների խորհրդարաններում գործող բարեկամական խմբերի շփումները եւ փոխայցերը, որոնք նպաստում են հարաբերությունների եւ համագործակցության խորացմանը: Խոսելով ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից՝ Ճապոնիա-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական բարեկամության լիգայի նախագահ Սեյշիրո Էտոն ցավակցել է զոհվածների հարազատներին, իսկ վիրավորներին մաղթել ապաքինում: Սեյշիրո Էտոն նշել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը պետք է կարգավորվի խաղաղ բանակցային ճանապարհով՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ձեւաչափով, ինչը մեծ նշանակություն ունի տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության պահպանման համար:
