Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի խմբագրականից մի հատված.
«Հայաստանի համար արդար, հասարակության մեծամասնության համար ընդունելի արդյունքներով ընտրություններ անցկացնելը ռազմավարական, ավելին՝ անվտանգությանն անմիջականորեն առնչվող խնդիր է։ Եթե քաղաքական ուժերը վստահ են, որ նախատեսված տեխնիկական նորամուծությունները գոնե 50 տոկոսով մեղմում են 21 տարի շարունակ հնչող մտահոգությունները, ապա դրա համար ոչինչ չարժե խնայել (անգամ բյուջեի գումարները), և եթե իշխանությանը խաբել են, ու պատրվակ է գտել այդ նորամուծությունները չիրականացնելու, ապա դրա դեմ պետք է պայքարել բոլոր օրինական միջոցներով։ Սակայն Եթե տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարներ արժեցող այս նախագիծը, միևնույն է, որևէ շոշափելի արդյունք չի տա (ինչին, ճիշտն ասած, ես ավելի շատ եմ հակված), ապա, կներեք, բոլոր «4»–երը պետք է խոստովանեն, որ իզուր ժամանակ են ծախսել և զբաղեցրել հասարակության ուշադրությունը։
Իրականում արդար ընտրությունները ոչ թե տեխնիկական, այլ քաղաքական խնդիր են։ Կարծում եմ՝ որևէ քաղաքական գործիչ այդ թեզի հետ չի վիճի»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
