Լոռվա և Շիրակի մարզի կարտոֆիլ արտադրող ֆերմերները կարտոֆիլի վաճառքի նոր գին են սահմանում

Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 29-ին Երևանի Կոնգրես հյուրանոցում Լոռվա և Շիրակի մարզերի կարտոֆիլագործ ֆերմերների ժողովի ընթացքում քննարկվեց շուկայում վերջին շրջանում կարտոֆիլի գների կտրուկ անկման խնդիրը, և կայացվեց հետևյալ որոշումը`
«Ներկայումս շուկայում ձևավորված կարտոֆիլի գները ֆերմերներիս համար ոչ նպաստավոր են, ինչը հանգեցնում է ոչ եկամտաբեր արտադրության, որն անպայմանորեն իր բացասական ազդեցությունը կունենա հաջորդ տարվա կարտոֆիլի արտադրության ծավալների վրա:
Հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը՝ Լոռվա և Շիրակի մարզերի խոշոր ու միջին կարտոֆիլ արտադրողներս հավաքվել ենք խնդիրը քննարկելու և կարգավորման ուղիներ գտնելու համար: Ուստի մենք բոլորս ստիպված ենք ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնել կարտոֆիլի մասսայական վաճառքը՝ շուկան կարգավորելու նպատակով և կոչ ենք անում մեր գործընկեր կարտոֆիլագործներին միանալ մեր նախաձեռնությանը:
Դիմում ենք նաև իշխանություններին՝ վարելու այնպիսի տնտեսական քաղաքականություն, որը կնպաստի երկրում արտադրված գյուղմթերքների մրցունակությանը շուկայում և կխթանի գյուղի զարգացմանը»:
Ժողովը կազմակերպվել էր Վորլդ Վիժն Հայաստան բարեգործական կազմակերպության կողմից` նպատակ հետապնդելով զարգացնել կարտոֆիլի տեղական արժեշղթան:
Նախքան ժողովի կազմակերպումը, Վորլդ Վիժն Հայաստանի Լոռվա մարզի գրասենյակն իրականացրել է կարտոֆիլի շուկայի ուսումնասիրություն, վերլուծել է գնի անկման խնդիրները և կանխարգելիչ գործողությունների շրջանակներում բացահայտել է այն տեղանքները, որտեղից շուկա է հանվում կարտոֆիլը:
Ժողովի ընթացքում հանդիպում է կազմակերպվել կարտոֆիլի խոշոր մթերողների և բեռնափոխադրող անհատ վարորդների հետ` սպառումը նոր եղանակներով և ոչ միջնորդավորված իրականացնելու նպատակով: Ձեռք են բերվել պայմանավորվածություններ անմիջական գնորդի և ֆերմերների միջև՝ օրական կարտոֆիլ մատակարարելու վերաբերյալ:
Տեսակամուրջ է կազմակերպվել նաև բելառուսական Belbulba ընկերության հետ, որը զբաղվում է կարտոֆիլի սերմացուի և դրա մշակման համար անհրաժեշտ դեղամիջոցների արտահանմամբ: Կարտոֆիլ արտադրող ֆերմերները ներկայացրել են սերմացուի օգտագործման իրենց ծավալները, իսկ Belbulba ընկերությունը իր հետաքրքրությունն է հայտնել համագործակցել մեր ֆերմերների հետ: Ի դեպ, բանակցությունների արդյունքում իրենց կողմից սերմացուի համար առաջարկվել է կրկնակի մատչելի գին:
