Հայաստանում նվազել է ավտովթարների և դրանց հետևանքով զոհերի թիվը

Ընթացիկ տարվում Հայաստանում զգալիորեն նվազել է ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների և դրանց հետևանքով զոհերի ու վիրավորների թիվը: Օգոստոսի 30-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ճանապարհապարեկային ծառայության բաժնի պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Նորիկ Սարգսյանը:
«Այսօրվա դրությամբ ունենք կայուն վթարայնության վիճակ: Վիճակը կարելի է բավարար գնահատել, քանի որ վերջին 5 տարիներին տարեցտարի աճող տենդենցի պայմաններում, ընդհակառակը, պատկերը փոխվել է: Այսօրվա դրությամբ տարեսկզբից հանրապետությունում գրանցվել է 1972 ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որոնց հետևանքով զոհվել է 150, վիրավորվել՝ 2794 մարդ։ Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ պատահարների քանակը նվազել է 174-ով, զոհերի թիվը՝ 53-ով, իսկ վիրավորների թիվը՝ 253-ով: Սրանք վթարայնության վիճակը բնութագրող հիմնական պարամետրերն են, որոնցվ կարելի է գնահատական տալ: 2011թ. սկսած՝ մեզ մոտ տարեցտարի աճի տենդենց էր նկատվում, և առաջին անգամ այդ տենդենցը կանգնել է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Սարգսյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այս ձեռքբերումը պայմանավորված է երեք գործոններով: «Առաջինը՝ խստացվել է վարչարարությունը ոչ սթափ վիճակում տրանսպորտային միջոց վարող վարորդների նկատմամբ: Անցած տարվա համեմատ կրկնապատկվել է ոչ սթափ վիճակում հայտնաբերված վարորդների թիվը: Հաջորդ գործոնը ակտիվ պայքարն է առջևի թաղանթապատված դիմապակիներով երթևեկող տրանսպորտային միջոցների վարորդների դեմ: Այսօր արդեն կարելի է ասել, որ գրեթե չես հայտնաբերի տրանսպորտային միջոց, որի առջևի դիմապակին լինի թաղանթապատված: Տասնյակ հազարավոր տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդներ ինքն ակամ հեռացրել են առջևի դիմապակու թաղանթը, իսկ տասնյակ հազարավոր տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդներ էլ մաքրել են դիմապակու թաղանթը մեր միջամտությամբ: Երրորդ գործոնը սահմանված արագության գերազանցման փաստերի հայտնաբերման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքն էր»,- պարզաբանեց Նորի Սարգսյանը:
