ԱԻՆ-ը հորդորում է պահպանել հակահրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկին հրդեհային անվտանգության հարցի հետ կապված քաղաքացիներին նախազգուշացնող հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանության տեսչությունից, հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.

«Հանրապետության ուսումնական կազմակերպությունների (դպրոցներ, քոլեջներ, գիշերօթիկներ, ԲՈՒՀ-եր, ուսումնարաններ և այլն) հրդեհային անվտանգության հարցը միշտ արդիական է, քանի որ դրանցում առաջացած հրդեհները, որպես կանոն, ուղեկցվում են մարդկային և նյութական զգալի կորուստներով: Շատ կարևոր է նմանօրինակ շենքերում ժամանակին լուծել հակահրդեհային ջրամատակարարման, հրդեհաշիջման և հրդեհի ահազանգման ինքնաշխատ համակարգերի, տարհանման ճանապարհների և ելքերի, էլեկտրատնտեսության, հրդեհաշիջման սկզբնական միջոցների հետ կապված հարցերը:

Անդրադառնանք այն միջոցներին և միջոցառումներին, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են հրդեհների կանխարգելման համար: Հատկապես կարևոր է աշխատակիցների և վարչակազմի, ինչպես նաև՝ աշակերտների, ուսանողների հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնների իմացությունը:

Հնարավոր հրդեհների տարածումը բացառելու համար անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել մի շարք միջոցառումներ, մասնավորապես, արգելել սանդղավանդակներում պահեստային և օժանդակ շինությունների տեղակայումը, դյուրավառ նյութերի պահումը, բաց կրակով աշխատանքներ կատարելը: Հրշեջ ավտոմատիկայի և հրդեհաշիջման համակարգերն անհրաժեշտ է պահել աշխատունակ վիճակում, իսկ օբյեկտի տարածքն ու սենյակները պարբերաբար մաքրել այրունակ աղբից, թափոններից: Մարդկանց և նյութական արժեքների անվտանգ տարհանումն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մշտապես ազատ վիճակում պահել բոլոր նցումները, ելքերը, միջանցքները, անցախցերը և աստիճանավանդակները: Աշխատակիցները պետք է ուսուցանվեն տարհանման ձևերին և մեթոդներին: Արգելվում է տարհանման ուղիների պատերի, հատակների, առաստաղների հարդարումը զանազան դյուրավառ նյութերով:Հնարավոր հրդեհների հաջող մարման համար անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ համապատասխան հակահրդեհային ջրացանց և հրդեհաշիջման սկզբնական միջոցներ` կրակմարիչներ: Շատ կարևոր են հրդեհի առաջացման դեպքում վարչակազմի և աշխատակիցների ճշգրիտ գործողությունները: Դրանք առաջին հերթին պետք է ուղղված լինեն մարդկանց անվտանգ տարհանմաը:

Հրդեհը հայտնաբերելու դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է` 
- անհապաղ ահազանգել 911` տեղեկություններ հայտնելով հրդեհի ճշգրիտ տեղի և շենքում մարդկանց գտնվելու վերաբերյալ,
- մինչև հրշեջների տեղ հասնելը միջոցներ ձեռնարկել մարդկանց տարհանման համար, և առկա հրդեհաշիջման միջոցներով (կրակմարիչներ, ներքին հրշեջ ծորակներ և այլն) ձեռնամուխ լինել հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին:

Հիշե’ք, որ հրդեհներից և դրանց աղետալի հետևանքներից խուսափելու լավագույն ու փորձված միջոցը եղել և մնում է հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնների պահանջների իմացությունը և անշեղ կատարումը»:
