«Ռուսական «Լայֆ» կայքի՝ երեկ հրապարակած նյութի համաձայն՝ «Երևանի ՋԷԿ»-ը «Գազպրոմին» պարտք է 52,3 միլիոն դոլար: Հիշեցնենք, որ «Երևան ՋԷԿ»-ի սեփականատերը ՀՀ կառավարությունն է: Ու եթե այդ ընկերությունը ռուսական «Գազպրոմին» պարտք է, նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանն է պարտք: Հիշեցնենք, որ 2013 թվականի աշնանից սկսած ՀՀ կառավարությունը մեկը մյուսի ետևից հարյուրավոր միլիոն դոլարներ և համարժեք գույք հատկացրեց՝ իբր «Գազպրոմի» հանդեպ ունեցած 300 մլն դոլարի պարտքը մարելու համար: Հենց այդ պարտքը մարելու անվան տակ ՀՀ կառավարությունը «Հայռուսգազարդի» բաժնետոմսերի՝ իրեն պատկանող 20 տոկոսը տվեց ռուսական կողմին: Արդյունքում «Հայռուսգազարդը» անվանափոխվեց և դարձավ «Գազպրոմ-Արմենիա»: «Երևան ՋԷԿ»-ի՝ «Գազպրոմին» պարտք լինելու մասին լուրը ուշագրավ է, որովհետև Հայաստանի հատկապես էներգետիկ ձեռնարկությունները Ռուսաստանին վաճառելու նախորդ գործարքները համանման ինչ-որ պարտքեր մարելու անվան տակ են իրականացվել:

 Արդյոք Հայաստանի իշխանություններն այս անգամ էլ հող են նախապատրաստում «Երևան ՋԷԿ»-ը վաճառելու համար, ցույց կտա ժամանակը: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը «Գազպրոմ-Արմենիայից» փորձեց պարզել, թե ինչ պարտքի մասին է խոսքը, և ինչպես է այն գոյացել: Մեր հարցին ի պատասխան՝ «Գազպրոմ-Արմենիայի» հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Շուշան Սարդարյանը պատասխանեց. «Հարցը առնչվում է երկու տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների միջև կնքված պայմանագրից ծագած պարտավորությունների կատարմանը: «Երևանի ՋԷԿ»-ը իր պարտավորությունների զգալի մասը կատարել է: Վճարային պարտավորությունների մնացած մասի մարման եղանակների շուրջ, իմ տեղեկություններով, ընթանում են համապատասխան քննարկումներ»»,–գրում է թերթը։
