Երևանում 24-ամյա երիտասարդը կողոպտել, ապա սպանել ու այրել էր հարազատ տատին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է Երեւանի բնակիչ Սիլվա Գալստյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է սպանության շարժառիթը, բավարար ապացույցներ ձեռք բերվել՝ այն թոռան կողմից կատարված լինելու վերաբերյալ։
Քննությամբ մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ 24-ամյա երիտասարդը՝ Ա.Մոմջյանը, ժամանակավորապես բնակվել է իր տատիկին՝ Սիլվա Գալստյանին պատկանող բնակարանում, որևէ տեղ չի աշխատել:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ նա ունեցել է խաղամոլի հակումներ, տարբեր բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակներում կատարել խաղադրույքներ, մեծ գումարներ տանուլ տվել, պարտքեր կուտակել: Նշված պարտքերի մեծ մասը մարել է հայրը:
Վերջինիս պահանջով որդին 2014թ. մարտ ամսից տեղափոխվել է բնակվելու Սիլվա Գալստյանի' Կոտայքի մարզում գտնվող ամառանոցում: Երիտասարդը շարունակել է խաղամոլությամբ զբաղվել, ինչը չի վրիպել Ս.Գալստյանի աչքից: Այդ կապակցությամբ վերջինս հաճախակի դիտողություններ է արել նրան, որի կապակցությամբ էլ նրանց փոխհարաբերությունները լարված բնույթ են կրել:
Նախաքննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 2014թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև սեպտեմբերի 15-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում երիտասարդը գաղտնի հափշտակել է իր տատիկին պատկանող ոսկյա զարդերը՝ շուրջ 2.963 մլն դրամ արժողության:
Կատարած հափշտակությունը տատից թաքցնելու նպատակով 2014թ. սեպտեմբերի 15-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևանում գտնվող բնակարանում կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն է գործադրել նրա նկատմամբ՝ սեղմել պարանոցի օրգանները եւ սպանել։ Ապա՝ 2014թ. սեպտեմբերի լույս 16-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 03:00-ի սահմաններում, Ս.Գալստյանի դին՝ վերջինիս պատկանող «Տոյոտա պրադո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել է Կոտայքի մարզի Գառնի գյուղից դեպի Արտաշատի տարածաշրջան տանող ավտոճանապարհի հարակից տարածք և այրել:
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Ա.Մոմջյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 11-րդ կետով և 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքներ կատարելու համար:
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով' դատարանի' օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
