5 դիմակ դեմքի յուղոտ մաշկի համար

Յուղոտ մաշկն ահագին հոգսառատ է։ Ճարպագեղձերը մեծ քանակությամբ յուղ են արտադրում, ինչը փայլ է առաջացնում, խցանում է անցքերն ու, որպես արդյունք՝ պզուկների ու սեւ կետերի առաջացման պատճառ է դառնում։ Այս ամենը հատկապես սուր է նկատվում է ամառային ամիսներին դաշտանի շրջանում։ Մաշկն անընդհատ փայլում է, ու շպարն արագ կորցնում է թարմությունը։ Այս տհաճ երեւույթի դեմ պայքարելու հարցում կօգնի «Պեդրո» գեղեցկության սրահի կոսմետոլոգ Գոհար Պետրոսյանը.
«Միշտ կատարյալ տեսք ունենալու համար յուղոտ մաշկը պետք է ճիշտ խնամել։ Շատերն օճառով լվացվում են օրվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ՝ մտածելով, թե մաշկն այդպես կչորանա, սակայն դա ամենեւին էլ ազդեցիկ միջոց չէ։
Յուղային հավասարակշռությունը կարգավորելու համար խորքային մաքրում է անհրաժեշտ, ինչպես պիլինգի, այնպես էլ դիմակների միջոցով, որոնք հատկապես արդիական են։ Դիմակները ծակոտկեն յուղոտ մաշկի վրա ոչ միայն նեղացնող, այլեւ հակաբորբոքային ազդեցություն են ունենում։ Ահա յուղոտ մաշկի համար մի քանի հատուկ դիմակ, որոնք շատ պարզ ու հասանելի են, եւ որոնք կարող եք պատրաստել տնային պայմաններում։ Բաղադրիչները նույնպես շատ հեշտ են ձեռքբերվում։ Դրանք պատրաստելու համար շատ ժամանակ չի պահանջվի, ընդամենը 5 րոպե։ Փոխարենն ազդեցությունը կզգաք դեմքի վրա։
Այսպես, առաջին դիմակը պատրաստում ենք ոլոռից, կաթից ու կաթի սերից։ Պատրաստման եղանակը հետեւյալն է. խաշած ոլոռը լավ տրորում եք մինչեւ ստացվի խմորի նման զանգված, ավելացնում եք կաթը, կաթի սերն ու քսում եք դեմքին։ Այս դիմակը մաշկի ավելորդ յուղայնության հետ կապված խնդիրների դեմ պայքարի լավագույն միջոցն է։
Երկրորդ դիմակը պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի կարտոֆիլ եւ 3%-անոց ջրածնի պերօքսիդ։ Պետք է միայն իրար խառնել կարտոֆիլի ալյուրն ու պերօքսիդը, եւ ստացված խառնուրդը քսել դեմքին ու թողնել որոշ ժամանակ։ Երբ դիմակը չորանա, դեմքը լվացեք տաք ջրով։
Երրոր դիմակը մի քիչ ավելի բաղադրիչ ունի. անանուխ, եզան լեզու եւ մեղր։ Այն պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ է 1 ճաշի գդալ անանուխն ու եզան լեզվի տերեւները կտրատել, ավելացնել մի քիչ եռացրած ջուր ու մեղր։ Ստածված զանգվածը դեմքին թողեք 20 րոպե, ապա լվացեք տաք ջրով ու վայելեք արդյունքը։
Չորրորդ դիմակի համար պետք կլինեն նարինջ ու կավ։ Կավը խառնեք նարնջի հյութի հետ։ Ստացված «խմորը» քսեք դեմքին ու թողեք 15 րոպե։ Դժվար բան չկա, պարզապես պետք է 3-4 րոպե գտնել՝ անհանգստացնող խնդիրներին ընդմիշտ հրաժեշտ տալու համար։
Եւ վերջապես հինգերորդ դիմակը՝ ամենահեշտն ու պարզը։ Այն պատրաստում են միայն եղինջից, որը պետք է աղալ ու քսել դեմքին եւ 10-15 րոպե թողնելուց հետո լվանալ ջրով։
Վերջում նշեմ, որ, չնայած յուղոտ մաշկի խնդիրներին, այն նաեւ դրական կողմ ունի։ Օրինակ, ոչ զգայուն լինելու շնորհիվ այն երկար է մնում երիտասարդ։ Ինչպես նաեւ առատորեն արտադրվող յուղը պաշտպանիչ շերտ է ստեղծում, որը թույլ չի տալիս որ խոնավությունը ցնդի ու արգելափակում է վնասակար նյութերի ներթափանցումը։ Չեմ կարող չնշել, որ տարիքի հետ յուղոտ մաշկի վիճակը միայն լավանում է եւ սովորաբար 30-ին մոտ այն արդեն դառնում է խառը տիպի։
Եւ, հարգելի կանայք, մի մոռացեք, որ դիմակներ ու քսուքներ օգտագործելիս պետք է զգույշ լինել. ցանկացած միջոց նախ փորձարկեք ձեռքի մաշկի վրա, քանի որ այն կարող է ձեզ հարմար չլինել»։
