  1. The Cobra Towers

    Կոբրաների տեսքով այս՝ միմյանց փաթաթվող աշտարակները կառուցվելու է Քուվեյթում: Շինարարությունը պետք է սկսվեր 2008 թվականին, սակայն ծրագիրը դադարեցվեց ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի պատճառով: Գլխավոր հարցերից մեկն այն էր, թե ինչպես կարելի է սպիրալաձև վերելակներ կառուցել:

  2. Kingdom Tower

    Արքայական աշտարակը պատրաստ լինելուց հետո ավելի բարձր է լինելու, քան Բուրջ Խալիֆան, որն առայժմ աշխարհի ամենաբարձր կառույցն է: Այս աշտարակը կառուցվում է Սաուդյան Արաբիայում: Սա լինելու է առաջին կառույցը, որի բարձրությունը կիլոմետրի է հասնում: Այս շենքում լինելու են գրասենյակներ, շքեղ բնակարաններ, աստղադիտարան, հյուրանոց և իհարկե աշխարհի ամենաբարձր դիտակետը: Շինարարությունը սկսվել է անցած տարի և պատրաստ կլինի 2019 թվականին:

  3. Shanghai Tower

    121 հարկանոց այս կառույցի շինարարությունը սկսվել է 1993 թվականին, սակայն այն միայն 2015-ին է ավարտվել, չնայած, որ դեռ որոշ բաներ կիսատ են: Այնուամենայնիվ, երկու ռուս անվախների շնորհիվ աշտարակի գագաթից տպավորիչ տեսարանի լուսանկարները արդեն կարողացել են վայելել են միլիոնավոր մարդիկ:

  4. Budai Pearl

  1. Արքա Աբդուլլայի նավթի ուսումնասիրության և հետազոտության կենտրոն

Սա կարող է լինել այս ցուցակի մեջ ամենացածր շենքրը, սակայն մնացած ամեն ինչով սա ոչ մի այլ կառույցի չի զիջում: Սաուդյան Արաբիայի այս կառույցը շատ նման է Ջեյմս Բոնդի գաղտնի որջին՝ ֆուտուրիստական դիզայնով և վեցանկյան տեսք ունեցող սենյակներով:

  1. The Songjiang Hotel


    Այս հյուրանոցը գտնվում է Չինաստանում և այն կառուցված է լինելու ժայռերի արանքում: Ջրվեժը թափվելու է հենց շենքի պատերի վրայով: Եթե ձանձրացել եք վերևի հարկերում տեսարանն ուսումնասիրելուց, կարող եք իջնել ներքևի հարկերը և ուսումնասիրել ջրային կյանքը:
