Արմավիրցի 24-ամյա տաքսիստը մեքենայի մեջ պարբերաբար սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել 14-ամյա աղջկա հետ

Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Վահե Խալաթյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Անդրանիկ Գ.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:
Հանցավոր արարքների կատարման պահին Անդրանիկը 24 տարեկան էր: Նա մեղադրվում է ակնհայտ անչափահաս՝ 2001 թվականի մայիսի 25-ին ծնված, 14-ը նոր բոլորած Արևիկի (անունը փոխված է) հետ 7 դրվագով ոչ ավանդական եղանակով սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու համար:
Անդրանիկը տաքսի է վարել, նաև՝ մասնավոր հողագործական սեզոնային աշխատանքներ է կատարել:
Մասնավորապես՝ 2015 թվականի գարնանը հողագործական աշխատանքներ է կատարել Արմավիրի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի դաշտերում:
Այնտեղ աշխատել է նաև տուժող Արևիկի մայրը: Մի օր վերջինս իր հետ դաշտում աշխատելու է տարել անչափահաս դստերը՝ Արևիկին: Անդրանիկը ծանոթացել է Արևիկի հետ, իմացել է, որ 14 տարեկան է, համակրել է նրան:
Հետագայում Անդրանիկը ծանոթի միջոցով ճշտել է Արևիկի հեռախոսի համարը, սկսել է զանգել նրան: Աղջիկը շփվել է Անդրանիկի հետ: Սկսել են հանդիպել:
Հերթական հանդիպման ժամանակ՝ 2015 թվականի աշնանը, Անդրանիկն առաջարկել է, որ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենան: Աղջիկն ասել է, թե ինքը կույս է, չէր ցանկանա զրկվել կուսությունից: Անդրանիկն առաջարկել է «այլընտրանքային տարբերակ»:
Եվ նա փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ 14 տարեկան աղջկա հետ սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել իր առաջարկած եղանակով:
Դրանից հետո Անդրանիկն ու անչափահաս աղջիկը հերթական հանդիպումներից առնվազն վեց հանդիպման ժամանակ նույն եղանակով սեռական հարաբերություն են ունեցել:
Հանդիպումների վայր կարող էր լինել Անդրանիկի վարած մեքենան, որը կարող էին կայանել, ասենք, դպրոցից մոտ 50 մետր հեռավորության վրա… Արևիկի տանը նույնպես նման հանդիպում տեղի է ունեցել:
Վերջին անգամ Անդրանիկն անչափահաս աղջկա հետ սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել, ըստ դատական ակտի, 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 15-ից 20-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում:
Անդրանիկ Գ.-ն իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել մեղսագրված արարքի համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 141 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ կետերով: Ամբաստանյալի միջնորդությամբ գործը քննվել է արագացված կարգով:
Դատարանը հաշվի առել, որ ամբաստանյալն ընդունել է մեղքը, զղջացել է, բնակվում է տուժող աղջկա հետ համատեղ:
Անդրանիկ Գ.-ն մեղավոր է ճանաչվել մեղսագրված արարքի համար, դատապարտվել է 4 տարի ազատազրկման, նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է պայմանական դատապարտություն, և սահմանվել է 3 տարի փորձաշրջան:
